Kevin and Rakem moved me into a second floor apartment. They were very friendly and professional. They were very mindful of time and worked very efficiently. Totally recommend Rocket moving.

The crew that came out was great, as is the owner John. They were able to move us from a storage unit into our new house on very short notice. The crew was super efficient too, which is always a concern when paying hourly. These guys didn’t waste a minute and just seemed like good guys. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Upon arrival at the delivery location the driver ran their truck into the corner of our house. The accident structurally damaged the roof and crushed a gutter as well as shingle damage on the roof as well. The owners of the company claimed to have insurance but refused to provide any of the information. They didn't want a claim filed because they said they would be unable to get future insurance if a claim was filed. They claimed they would pay for the damage directly but they insisted first on immediate payment before doing anything to resolve the damage they created which is far more than the modest cost of the local move! The owners and the company was completely irresponsible both in the driving of the truck to begin with as well as handling or not handling the results of the accident which has damaged a old and historic house.

This company moved me into storage in June 2019 and out of storage in March 2020. Marginal performance by the movers, competitive price, convenient location, and arrival within 15 minutes of when they say they’ll show up earns this company and crew its two stars.

Friendly and courteous movers. But SO slow (and unfortunately charging by the hour), and they got slower as the day went on. Also, when they called in the morning saying they'd "be there in 20 minutes," they arrived 40 minutes later.

The guy and girl duo were great! I saw the young
girl and I thought a girl! But she was awesome and did and handle as much as her guy partner. She did a Great job. They both did!
