Here is my story. I was forced to purchase a Ringdale, Inc. light by the Horseshoe Bay POA. I installed it and it lasted 6 months. I called Ringdale and was given an RMA number. It was my understanding when I purchased the light it had a lifetime warranty. I shipped the light to Ringdale for warranty service. A month later no word. I called and they had to find it. Hanna assured me it would be fixed. Three weeks later, no word. I called again. Hanna tells me I have to pay a $50 repair charge. I bring up the warranty and she says the light broke due to lighning and is not covered. I pay the $50 plus freight for return (~$25). I get light and have it installed. Does not work. I call Ringdale again and talk to Hanna. She is surprised it does not work. Says to ship it back and she will get with shop manager to make sure it gets fixed and will take a video to prove it is fixed. I call POA. They say they no longer use Ringdale for reasons similar to mine.

I have been an employee here now for 1 year. Ringdale/ActiveLED is a great company that manufactures LED lighting for Commercial and Industrial applications. The company is great to work for and produces the highest quality, longest lasting products in the industry.
