Great experience today! Due to traffic I arrived at 4:40- they were due to close at 5pm . I was welcomed with smiles by Jonathan and had help with my auto loan. Thank you RBFCU!

I have had great experiences with Randolph Brooks but they make you jump through hoops to get any services done remotely at all. I needed to make a payment on my car loan and the person I spoke with asked for my social, the last 8 digits of my debit card, and had me go through multi factor authentication, along with asking me for the answer to my security question. All of that was given to her gladly, I understand that they are working with sensitive information. I was put on hold and then basically told to go into a branch to make a car payment which makes absolutely no sense. Their are plenty of ways to facilitate payments online and over the phone securely.

Just horrible website and app - please upgrade to new modern opportunities. How can we report a lost card on the app if website?

If you need to pay large bills online, this is not the bank for you. They will require you to make multiple payments for one bill, or require you to call your credit card company and give them all your banking information. Annoying and not acceptable.

Terrible experience. I'm a former RBFCU member and I use the word "former" very strongly here. I left because of their absurd overdraft fees constantly stacking on my account. If you see back to back charges and tack on an overdraft for each one, you're never going to have an opportunity for the account owner to get it positive. I certainly couldn't and I tried. Can't materialize money before payday though and every additional fee made it so much harder to bounce back.Aside from that, their counter staff at this location, and in particular a male manager, were incredibly rude and unprofessional. In spite of my reservations about this not so fine institution, my partner wanted to try and cash their check there. The idea was to sign it over to my mom, who had an active account open there (had as she has since closed her account and moved to another bank) and she'd be able to deposit it to her account. This should have been a simple process - someone pays another individual with their check (a legal check from a government institute) and it gets deposited as the account owner's who can then do whatever they want with it.This is what happened instead. Teller gives us confused looks, then suspicious looks, and leaves to fetch her boss. Fine, this looks weird I guess, if you've worked at a bank for five minutes and never seen a third party payee before. The manager comes out, takes a look at our documents, and says no. I believe my partner confused the poor man by telling him they'd had a name change and an old, long closed account with RBFCU under their dead name. This was not relevant to the situation as the check was being signed over, legally, to my mother who had an account there. My partner is trans and honestly, I got a very off putting vibe from the manager. Rather than dealing with our request, or asking questions for more information, he looked my partner dead in the eye and said "we can't help you, because we don't know you". Their dead name was not on the check - their legal one was and they have every document to prove it. His response was blunt and disturbing. This had never been my experience at RBFCU, in their branches, talking to their team. This man made us all uncomfortable and I would advise people to stay away.

Friendly place. We opened a few accounts today. They put us in an office with a video chat to someone in their main office. Ids and documents are handled by scanner and printer in the office. When we needed a notary, the person on the video chat called the branch that we were in and let them know. The manager came in quickly and notarized the documents.I also made a $28K payment on my mortgage. That took well over 5 minutes because the teller had to get a Manager's approval twice.

2/22/23 New customer and attempted to do a transfer and did not receive confirmation of the transaction. Attempted to call and go to the website but their entire operation is down. Website not working, calls not connecting. Oh heck no. Taking my money out today. I don't feel comfortable building a savings account here with these poor systems.

We have had several different banks over the years. I can definitely say that RBFCU is by far the best bank we have ever used. At this location specifically, everyone is extremely helpful and friendly!

Called to inquire about services. On hold an interminable amount of time. Hung up. I Went to open an account. I waited only to be told they did not have time to take my money. Clearly they are 1) understaffed and 2) don’t care about customers.

Awful. I hate this place. They constantly put my account negative when I'm struggling to make ends meet. If the account is already negative and courtesy pay is off, STOP PULLING. How am I supposed to make any payments when the fees are eating everything I have?? 0/10, go elsewhere.

There is an extreme lack of customer service especially at the GT location when it comes to the branch managers and assistants. Tellers, sure they are nice enough….I will be civil and not mention any names. I will also say RBFCU as a whole, simply put is just not nice, not to mention the lack of depository atms (and atms in general) is very very slim.

This credit union is just like any other bank, no matter how well you bank with them and even if you never give them any issues as far being charged late fees. When you come to them with an issue that you have, your information doesn’t add up theirs (go figure) and they consider that a valid reason to charge you fees.
