I went to use an app coupon for a $3.50 grilled cheese and paid $5.40? The coupon said get your favorite grilled cheese for $3.50, and the prices start at $2.89. After I added a few things, the price totaled $6.30 but assumed I would only pay $3.50 as the coupon said. Wrong. I tried to reason with the clerk, but she didn't seem to care. So, you've lost my biz.

This location recently raised price of large cup of basic coffee from $2.09 to $3.09. Otherwise, I like QT.

I absolutely despise going here the over night staff is rude and disrespectful. Went in one night hungry for a taquito which they had plenty of, as I go to grab one there lady stops me and says none of those are available… I felt really unwelcome this employee needs to be talked to didn’t catch her name but she short braided hair light skinned. Will never go to any QT and remind family not to go as well.

Witnessed the most unprofessional way to deal with a customer by the “manager”.
Not only was he unwilling to fill QTs expectation on serving breakfast at 9:30, but he was cocky and belittled the customer and then got onto an employee for checking out that customer. To top it off, he started spreading drama throughout all the staff. Poor service and even more poor of a leader

The only gas stations is always adjusting the prices on a daily basis even though they are purchasing gas at a cheap price one day and selling it at a high price instead of using it before they purchase the next batch a very crooked gas station

Me and my group of 4 went it and ordered the exact same sandwich at the same time. But by some coincidence our African American friend had to wait 30 minutes of his 40 minute break for his sandwich. We all received our sandwiches in under 10 minutes and we felt it was a bit strange the employee kept eyeing him. Will not be going back to a QT ever again!

Sebastian H is such a sweet and kind individual. Anytime I come here and he’s working I leave with a smile. He takes the time to greet each customer and always in high spirits. This world needs more people like him.

Make sure to check the dates on anything you purchase. Spent 40 bucks and most of the hot food expired within 15 minutes of purchase. Gross.
