Progressive staff are always quick to respond to emergencies, and generally fantastic otherwise. We've been customers for many years and have always had a great experience when we've needed to reach the staff, even if it's not an emergency. Great company!

We have been using Progressive office systems for many years (6 years since I've been here, and well before that.) They have always exceeded expectations to the extent they now manage our entire printer fleet.Responsive sales, exceptional service, and flexibility in keeping critical infrastructure running when time is of the essence. Have had Progressive as our copier service company for the 2 1/2 years I’ve worked at my current job, but I know they’ve been here longer. Everyone, from Janet in the office to Kyle and Travis out in the field, is extremely kind. When we need service, they are quick to respond and very helpful. (Just yesterday Kyle taught me something about one of our machines that I was unaware of, and it’s a game-changer for our future uses.) I could say more, but I’ll keep it short — these guys are great!

Progressive does an amazing job. I always get a quick and response to emails. The staff is very polite and professional when visiting our campus for maintenance needs. They always answer all my questions with patients and clarity.

Love this business! Their customer service exceeds any I have ever seen! I use them for two different businesses and if I ever need anything, they are there right away. Their equipment and service is top notch and the technicians are knowledgeable, courteous, and extremely helpful. I really cannot say enough good things about them!
