I've been using proglass for over a decade. Recently, due to their installation error, a wiper arm fell off my vehicle during a rainstorm. I sent them a message about the issue, and never received a reply. Proglass doesn't care about a long time customer, so why should they care about you?

I had a Great Experience with Pro Glass! I had an unfortunate hit to my windshield that damaged it badly, I call Georgetown Infinity and they referred me to Pro Glass! They did a great job, scheduled me promptly and had it installed right away, even accomidating our schedule! Highly recommend!!

Quick, professional and much less expensive than any of the other guys. They replaced my windshield in half the time they originally said it would take. Oh yeah, and they have a really nice staff.

great service. I changed the windshield here on my Mercedes Sprinter two years ago, a small leak appeared, I returned to them and received excellent service, quickly and under warranty. I recommend this local business.

Pro Glass was able to locate a hard to find windshield for a 31 yr old classic import. They were very friendly, responsive, helpful and scheduled us quickly. We had 2 windshields replaced! Awesome!

Love this shop! Had a bit of an unusual/stressful roof glass repair that needed to be done within a strict timeframe due to travel/ordering parts, and this shop went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Amy was extremely accommodating and went out of her way to communicate with me every step of the process. If I still lived in the area I’d be a lifelong customer.

Pro Glass is awesome! They came and replaced one of the glass windows to my car at my work. They were efficient and the price was very reasonable. I definitely recommend them.

Drove to Georgetown location to see about ordering a new windshield for my jeep and was able to get SAME DAY SERVICE!!! They gave me different price options for my Jeep ( Jeep logo on window vs not) GREAT PRICING!
FYI they also come to YOU @ NO CHARGE!!!
This is great for busy bodies unable to take off work or moms with small kiddos!!!

The ladies up front are very professional and friendly! Technician in office was friendly as well and eager to take my Jeep to get process started.
Will use this company ALWAYS!
Also very short wait on having windshield replaced their location!
