The Marble Falls team, Paulette and Josh, were amazing. Very professional and responsive. As a new customer, we are very pleased.

Repeated missed refills resulting in no heat! Parents 85 years old, called, said “don’t know what to tell you.” POOR customer service and will seek other vendor asap. Sad how common customer service and reliability is GONE.

Ran out of propane xmas eve. Waited until Monday to call when they opened and was told Tues or Wed. Called today and now telling me Thur or Fri.Haven't had heat or been able to use my stove (which I mentioned) and I have 3 small kids in the house. This is RIDICULOUS. Idk why my landlords continue using these people

Sent my application in to get service same day as I received the email from Brittany. Never heard back from her and sent emails inquiring what the status of the application was. After not receiving any response for a week I called and left a message with my phone number asking for an update... still no response. I will send my business to Action propane since that is the level of service I can expect. Family had historically used Pinnacle for over thirty years but that ends today.

Horrible experience! They charged my card $221.27 (that was on file) for propane delivered to another house. This occurred on Nov 4th 2021. After NUMEROUS calls, I finally received a refund 4 months later on Mar 1st, 2022. By this time, I had already contacted my bank, had my card frozen, and reported a fraudulent charge against Pinnacle. All I ever got was, "Oops sorry that happened"... Do not use Pinnacle.

Pinnacle installed a device on my tank that is supposed to report to them the percentage of pressure in my tank. The tank is not supposed to go below 20 percent. When it hit 25 percent I began calling (I am on a keep full program with them, I shouldn't have to call at all). Long story short, I finally had to get serious with them when the percentage went way below 20 percent and was completely below any readable area. I had called way before the recent freeze event. They gave me several excuses and I understand that with Covid and such its hard to keep people working. But they had several days and even weeks to get my tank filled. To cap things off I got a bill for $1148.00 to fill my tank, 331.8 gallons, I about fainted. When my tank gets low, it's usually about $300 to $500 to fill it. When the company was Georgetown Propane I didn't have these kind of problems. I am going to try to work out a solution with Pinnacle but it probably wont work.

Something has changed at this company. As recent reviews indicate, poor customer service and operations. Even though I was supposed to be on an always fill program, the first time I ran out of gas when they weren't checking they blamed it on a computer glitch. Now that I'm wary of their service, I check myself. I noticed it was low and down to 30% so called them for a fill up. That was 2 weeks ago and now down to 18% with no idea when they would be coming. Phone indicated I'm 135 in line to speak with someone. This last time they blamed it that I am now on a 'temperature program' that tells them when to fill me up. That obviously doesnt work either. Switching to Action Propane that has great reviews. Hopefully problem solved.

I will be taking our business elsewhere, as their customer service is abhorrent. They placed an unauthorized charge on my credit card for over $2,000 and it took dozens of phone calls and over 8 weeks to get the money credited back. We were also told that we would not be charged for some work, and they charged us anyway. A half a dozen phone calls later, they still refused to honor their original agreement. Getting anyone to call you back is next to impossible.

I have been a customer over 25 years. Have been on a stay full program and have ran out of gas multiple times. I called on 2-10-21 as my tank was at 30% and was told they would be out by 2-12. They never showed and when I called around 4:30pm they made no real effort to get me scheduled. Had to raise hell and hope they show up on 2-13. All this with very cold weather in the forecast. Not a happy customer right now.
