Office Depot is constantly sending out surveys for me to submit - probably because I’m constantly shopping at their stores. My shopping experience is usually pleasant, it’s a clean store, and they generally have what I’m looking for.

My cuts were amazing done by Cynthia but my experience was poor because of Jerry the store manager over in copies. He was very rude when speaking to Cynthia and it was very awkward to experience. She was extremely helpful and was countered by rude attitude. Jerry also mentioned it was ‘Easier if I did an online pick up” however what is easier for me is what I did which is send my copy request over. I hope that Jerry is able to fix the way he speaks to people and not belittle his employees in front of customers or behind closed doors.

Don't call their print center for help or questions about ordering from them. They will direct you to the website and the 1-800 number for help. I would like to work with a live person on this banner order so I don't think this will work for my needs.

If I could give zero stars I would. The print staff are horrible and don’t care about providing customer service or even correct print jobs. I was told they did not care if I and colleagues took our repeat business elsewhere. The manager Don is useless and has no knowledge of the print department and is horrible with customers. The entire staff has a oh well I don’t care attitude.
