  I have been using Brynn for balayage color and cuts for years and have never had a bad experience! She does such an amazing job that it made referring many of my friends to her since they saw what she’s done for my hair! I even get compliments on my color from strangers occasionally!

  My 93 year old mother has been a weekly patron at this salon for 5 years. The owner so rudely referred to her as a “Stubborn Old Lady” when she asked for a perm.

  Katie is SO talented and literally the sweetest. She’s so easy to talk to and makes sure to really listen and adapt to how I want my hair. I’m absolutely in love with my hair every time she does it. The blending is so beautiful and even after months my grow out isn’t harsh. The salon is so cute as well and absolutely everybody there is friendly. I drive over an hour each time to see her and it is absolutely worth it!

  Color treated curly girl approved!! I have been seeing Katie for two years now and she has restored my faith in hair stylists! I have 2C/3A waves and curls so I have had several bad haircuts and colors over the years. It was really important to me to have a hair stylist who also has curly hair because they will know the struggles and important difference between cutting straight and curly hair. I found Katie when she cut my husbands hair and I was so impressed I knew I had to schedule with her. Katie listened patiently as I walked through the haircut style and balayage that I wanted. She made sure to take note of my curl pattern to accentuate my dimension and added layers so my curls would shine through. My balayage is so well done that I only see her about every 12 weeks to pull up the highlights and get a toner refresh. Katie is so down to earth and easy to talk to I promise you won’t regret making her your go to stylist!

  I’ve been going to The Salon for a couple of years now and Katie does my hair. I’ve always been adventurous with my hair at previous salons, trying to find the perfect colors to match my skin tone/eyes, Katie did it in the first visit! She truly has an eye and I won’t go anywhere else! The Salon and barbershop family is a talented bunch, but katie is my favorite!

  Visiting New Images Hair Salon | Barber Shop always feels like coming home. I've known the salon family 17+ years and have had a Shaina as a stylist since she began doing hair. The warmth and professionalism of their team never fails to impress and their service is top-notch. Plus, my fiancé appreciates the convenience of popping next door to the family barber for a quick trim. It's our go-to spot - Highly recommend to anyone seeking a great salon experience!

  As someone who isn't usually big on haircuts, I genuinely enjoy my visits to New Images Barber Shop. It's right next door to New Images Hair Salon, where my fiancée gets her hair done, and the vibe there is just like hanging with family. The team is great at their craft, and the added perk of being offered a beer or drink during my cut makes the experience even more relaxing and enjoyable. It’s a great spot to unwind while getting a sharp new look. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for more than just a haircut but a fantastic overall experience!

  Always a great experience at Hard Times Barbershop. I’ve known Steven and Dante for almost 10yrs now. At this point we consider them family. I drive from Lakeway once a month with my two brothers to get haircuts because we know that they will make sure we are 100% satisfied with the end product. I’ve also hired them to travel out to Wimberley for my wedding in October to make sure all my groomsmen were ready for the special day. Again, I couldn’t be more satisfied with the work they do and highly recommend considering Hard Times Barbershop for your next cut/fade.

  Spouses hair looked terrible. Almost like he didn’t even get a cut unless you looked at him from the back. Told them I wanted his face trimmed up, too. Apparently they don’t have razor service? Was charged $60 including tip and it was 100% not worth it.
