As a disabled customer of metro PCs. I was rudely lied to about a situation I needed help with. the employee lied about his position as management, then when I tried to escalate and address the situation further. he told me to come in store when I had already previously mentioned I am unable to and talk to the manager after lying about being the manager. this is incredibly ridiculous and metros account management IS NOT DISABILITY FRIENDLY.

The guy working there said he was new but still managed to got done pretty fast really nice to i think his name was sam or something like that he hooked me up definitely one of the nicer stores a little small but nice

The service is not very good, normally the girls who have served me do not like their attitude, that is why I avoid attending their facilities as much as possible, although I have the service with them, I have no other choice.?

We have terrible services, 40 minutes serving a customer, you always have to wait in line, too much of my time wasted to just pay the bill, they only have one person serving, that's in all the metro pcs where there is only one person serving, improve your service, don't you think?

Went to try and get a new phone but the girl there from 05-16-2022 at7:15 pm was just flirting and eating in front of the guys I needed help but she continued to flirt with them and I couldn't even get any quote because she did not even acknowledge me . She needs to be more professional and respectful when working with customers

I picked up some pulled pork, smoked sausage, Mac n cheese and fried cabbage and it was so delicious. It's hard to find smoked pulled pork around here and it was delicious. I also sampled the smoked chicken salad and I'll be back for that. Great people and great service.

We placed our order via Uber Eats for pick-up, there was some confusion regarding what Uber charged us versus the actual price the restaurant charges, so beware of that if you order via Uber. However, when we got to the restaurant, the owner was very polite and gave us banana pudding for our trouble. The BBQ is our favorite so far in Round Rock! We will be back!
