It's the worst thing, I just went to make a payment, and they asked me for my pin number and my phone number to check my account and make changes that I didn't ask for, they started talking to the company, pretending to be there for me and it took about 30 minutes. minutes, the problem is that they don't ask you if you want to do it or let you know, they just do it

So, the only reason that I'm giving this place 2 ? and not 1 is because, over the last week I've been to both Georgetown locations. For the exception of today's visit, the ladies were so helpful and friendly and knowledgeable of the prices and a couple of phones that I was interested in. I was waiting on a certain phone to come into stock. It did not. So I settled on another that was comparable. Went in and looked at the one I was getting and told the girl that I'd like to purchase the phone and switch carriers. No problem. Until she gave a price that was $200 more than I was told previously! She started to explain that all of the phone's prices had changed because of tax season. I explained that the discounted price was still next to the device and that I was only there a night or 2 ago. She became short with me and said that she hasn't had time to change the prices... I asked if she'd honor the price on the tag and she quickly said no. I asked if a manager could approve the still visually discounted device and it was a quicker No.If any establishment no longer has a sale on a product that is still visually priced at the sale price, it should very well still be honored. And as for customer service from the girl today, there was not in my opinion any. I told her that I would not be purchasing the device at a much higher price and she didn't show any kind of sales leadership or thought about it. I left without the phone and obviously Metro does not have the business or rating from me that could've be a Win for us both.

Went to store twice. ..same proble. Their computer didn't work. They were unable to help. I wasn't given any info that I needed. Also, the girls uo their were not concerned about customer service, put in the wrong address without asking if address on ID was correct.. They lacked concern for the customer and common senseI've been twice with same problem and it's still not resolved..wasted much time. Don't go here

Do not shop this store. Horrible experience with this dealer. Metro PCS is a great company. However this is just an authorized dealer not a corporate store. Employee was super rude. After having to return a defective phone that would not charge in less then 48 hours after purchase. Made me wait for other customers who arrived after me. Couldn't made the exchange without the original receipt even though it was placed on a charge card. Would not replace the glass protector or refund that had been purchased with the defective phone. Would not return my receipt or provide a copy. FYI I replaced the glass protector at Walmart and bought other accessories much less expensive at Walmart. Does not value you as the customer or your time.

Terrible customer service. I know I'm not the only one because the employees at the other metro told me how they get daily customers complaining about the horrible customer service. Those good customer reviews are done by the employees working there. Do yourself a favor and head for the metro located at 2200 s Austin ave.
