If there were a negative rating, this location would have received it! My mother in law just moved back to the area from Houston and has been a Merle Norman user for over 2 decades. she was looking forward to finding a local store in the central Texas area and found this location. Everything seemed to be fine until she go home and realized how much the products she had paid for actually were. Granted, she should have reviewed the receipt more closely and addressed it while we were there. the pricing for eye cream and an eye brow pencil came up to over $100!!!! Ladies, you need to seriously consider looking elsewhere and pay attention to your receipts (unless you have more money than most and don't care about the price). Seriously, $80 for a small thing of eye cream! No wonder locations like this are going out of business!

Love this friendly shop. Employees who care and go above & beyond for the customers. Offers free consultations for skin care, makeup and wigs. Call ahead for an appointment if you want 1 on 1 private service. Also has gifts and clothing. INCREDIBLE wig options and private wig fitting/stying n Try-on area!!! A true gem.

We had the absolute pleasure of having Christine and lovely help from Christy from Merle Norman visit our memory care facility for a very special Mother’s Day celebration, and we couldn't be more grateful! Christine and Christy volunteered her time and talent to do makeup for our residents, and it was truly magical.
Her warmth, patience, and genuine care lit up the entire building. Watching our residents smile, reminisce, and feel pampered was a heartwarming sight. Christine didn’t just do makeup—she brought back memories, boosted confidence, and filled our halls with laughter and joy.

Whatever you do, don’t get your ears pierced here. They did a horrible job on my newborns ears and had attitude afterwards because THEY KNEW they messed up. Instead of apologizing afterwards, the lady (Celeste) said that “she will grow into it” and “it’s not rocket science” that she will. One ear she did good and the other was so high up it looked like it should be a hole for a second ear piercing!!! How would YOU feel if your babies ears were horribly done and that type of attitude came back to you?? Do not, I repeat, DO NOT get your ears pierced here!!
