I've had many different automobiles (Toyota, Kia, Chevrolet, Chrysler, Ford, BMW, Mercedes & Volkswagen)! By far my favorite to drive AND proven safety(!) are German engineering. I have honestly walked away from two MAJOR WRECKS neither my fault so didn't see it coming. One in a BMW and most recently in my 2020 SLC 300 Coupe, returning from visiting my son at SHSU, I hit a massive buck (16 pt!!!) crossing the rural road somewhere in Grimes County at dusk.I was in shock but the car called for Emergency Services and I was connected immediately to a MB operator who stayed on the phone until the ambulance arrived! What an intense and different evening than I had planned. But I was alive and had only a scratch on my arm from the airbag!If that's not impressive enough at MBoG, you can expect to be treated respectfully and reasonably as well.Note: This is my 3rd Mercedes, all purchased from Linda Davis.(Photo courtesy of local mobile detailing business)

Wonderful buying experience Shemier is the best car salesman that I've ever dealt with. He listened to what I wanted in my vehicle and didn't try to upsell me another vehicle. I highly recommend him.

I have now taken a lot of time before writing this review to do my research. I recently traded in my car for 2022 Mercedes Glb 250. I unfortunately did not do enough research at the time to realize that I was paying over the MSRP value. I know my fault for thinking a car dealership would be honest. Not only did I overpay I was like lied to by the finance rep who said I would be able to refinance with Mercedes-Benz financial and said "he was giving me a discounted warranty package" . After realizing the warranty was not needed ,I canceled it and was told my car payment would still not go down and the Mercedes Financial has never refinanced. I am very disappointed that I wholeheartedly believed I was being taken care of. Instead they were trying to push an older 2022 out that had less features and sell it for higher price. Please do you research before coming in!

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I REPEAT DO NOT. I purchased my first car from here in 2021 - they insisted every NEW car comes with two keys and is stacked together during purchase. I received ONE KEY, instead of taking ownership and paying for my additional key they are telling me it will be $2000 to order a secondary. I understand it is my ownership that I misplaced my ONE KEY. But they should fully compensate my additional, which is $2000. My entire family has Mercedes and we will no longer purchase any additional vehicles if this is not resolved. I have been on call with support for over an hour and a half and they cannot escalate me to a manager. Once I FINALLY spoke to Eric he stated it's been two years we can't do anything. I am personally in sales and the Georgetown leadership lived up to the second half of their slogan "the best or NOTHING."

We bought our daughter a GLC300 for work in Dallas; today the check engine light is on, the car barely drives and we are told the first available appointment for service is THREE WEEKS FROM NOW on September 6th. What are we supposed to do for three weeks? No loaner, no help at all.

For those who know me, I have the oddest luck when it comes to cars. So after a roadtrip it was no shock to me to find a piece of my GLK's front grill missing a particular panel after a long drive. Once I came to terms with this, I placed a call and Mercedes-Benz of Georgetown had an appointment available about two months out. Make sure to call ahead and get an appointment in as it could take a while.They were able to order the official panel at price and honored their website's price, quoted me an hours worth of labor, and did a free diagnostic on it. Every car that gets serviced here receives a complimentary car wash package but you can upgrade for an additional $29 and get a full detail. I highly recommend this as a full detail can run easily into the $100s. An hour of labor ran around $250 but I feel good knowing that it's an official MB grill, service and warranty is there, and it was installed properly.There is a waiting area with plenty of seating and a cafe to enjoy. Wifi was just about non-existent which was a nuisance.

I had the pleasure of working with Carlos Fuentes, he made my car buying experience seamless. I changed my mind on the vehicle I wanted after financing was approved and Carlos took care of it with no problem at all. He never made me feel rushed or pressured. He was very personable and professional. Overall I had an Amazing Experience, the entire staff made me feel welcome from the time I walked in the door to the time the keys were handed to me and I was walked out the door!!

Troy Williams and Benjamin Tait made it happen! It started a little rough when one of the sale guys quoted us on the 2022 GLE 350 4Matic $2000 dollars over asking price. We called back his phone line at the time wasn't working. That's when my wife spoke with Troy Williams. Troy expressed how sorry he was that we had been quoted over asking price. My wife was ready to drive to Houston dealership when Troy said allow him to make it right. That's what he did we brought the car home Tuesday very smooth no stress. Benjamin Tait explained the process and the paperwork and we got it done!!! My wife is extremely happy thanks Troy Williams!!!

I recently purchased a certified pre-owned Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 from Mercedes-Benz of Georgetown, and while the initial car sales process was stellar with Joeleen, my overall experience has been marred by numerous issues with the vehicle and the frustrating inability of the service department to address the problems that I'm having with my car.Within just three months of owning the vehicle, I encountered a series of persistent issues that have significantly affected my satisfaction with the purchase. These problems range from electrical glitches to mechanical malfunctions, making the car's performance unreliable and frustrating. I've had to tow my car to the dealership twice in the last month.Regrettably, the most disappointing aspect of my experience has been the service department's inability to diagnose and resolve these issues. Despite multiple visits in the last month (three to be exact), the technicians have been unable to pinpoint the root cause of the problems, leaving me with a constant sense of uncertainty and inconvenience. The lack of effective communication and timely updates from the service department has further compounded my frustrations.While I understand that car issues can occasionally arise, it is the dealership's responsibility to address and resolve them promptly. In this regard, Mercedes-Benz of Georgetown has failed to meet my expectations, and the ongoing issues with my GLC 300 have significantly tarnished my ownership experience. As of today, the service department has still not rectified the issues and I am considering selling my GLC after just three months. I'd suggest considering a different Mercedes-Benz dealership after my frustrating experience here.

**updated review to my previous post**The service manager, Adam, has reached out after my 1-star review. I shared my frustrations, the big one being them not having any loaner cars available until May yet this is my only transportation to get to work and to drive my newborn. He let me know that someone was returning a loaner that day & he'll try to get me into it. He did end up getting me that loaner and so I do appreciate that. My second issue was that I was not receiving updates from my advisor and nobody was returning my calls. It seemed that Adam had that fixed because I now get calls & voicemail updates. I updated my 1-star review to 3-stars due to their efforts on making things right. It does still seem unfair that it wasn't until I shared a negative review did management and their staff take me seriously. But nonetheless, they did get me in a loaner while my car continues to get repaired and communication between us has improved. Definitely appreciate that.
