Austin did a great job of finding the right bed as we had no idea which one would match our needs. He worked us through the choices without pressuring us. He lead us through price options before we made a decision. Very thorough and honest. Great job!

I recently bought a new mattress in this store and it was a pleasant experience, the owner showed me several mattresses with great kindness and great charisma and I found the right one thanks to him. The prices are fair and the delivery service is free and fast. I totally recommend it.

I cannot say enough great things about Jessy at Mattress Gallery Direct. From the second we walked in the door he was attentive, helpful but not pushy, listened to our concerns and appropriately made suggestions based on our needs. A couple weeks of great sleep later my husband and I can confirm Jessy knew what he was talking about - our new mattress rocks!I also have to note - I like to weigh all my options when making a large financial decision, so we walked into a lot of mattress stores and NO ONE treated us with as much respect and consideration as Jessy. So we marched right back there and bought a mattress from him. Thank you, Jesse!

Attentive staff, knowledge, and matched my desire to get straight to the point.After trying a few mattresses and helping me understand why I liked one more than another and why some were more than others helped me select one I am really pleased with. At a price less than I anticipated.Quick delivery with trustworthy and good communicating workers.They had a window they were supposed to show up. Called me 15 minutes before the very beginning of that window. I told them I would remotely open the garage from work when they arrived. They called when they were at the door and I watched them deliver on camera. They respected my belongings and carefully put my mattress where I had asked them called me to shut my door and ensured it was shut before they left.All and all I am extremely pleased with the entire experience and won’t be shopping anywhere else.

Show room is well organized with lots of product to try out. Austin is friendly and answers questions but is not pushy. We bought a bed and it was delivered. Old one hauled off. Delivery guys were nice young men. Over all experience is definitely a 5 star.

Fantastic mattress store !!!We shopped around and stopped in Matresss Gallery Direct after visiting 4 other mattress stores. What a difference!! Wish I came here first! Jessy is one of the owners and I was able to buy the top of the line mattress for $100 less than another store offered me their used floor model , yuk! He treated us with kindness and respect and zero sales pitch. I highly , highly recommend!!!

We bought a wonderful mattress from Austin and Jessie recently. We had just moved here from out of state and went to Mattress Gallery Direct based on the high ratings and knowing they were veterans. They are sincere, professional, and honorable, just as you would expect. What we didn’t expect was the level of kindness, warmth and humor that we found there. They made us feel like family; a family that sincerely cared about us. It was clear from the moment we entered the store that they wanted to make sure we bought the best mattress for our specific needs and treated the purchase seriously as they knew it was a large investment and an item in our home that we would be spending a lot of our time. It was clear that they recognized that the decision of choosing a mattress wasn’t a light one. After our purchase, they communicated every step of the way during the very few weeks following before we received our delivery and afterwards to make sure we were happy. We never felt forgotten of insignificant. This was refreshing since being a “number” ( especially after paying) is what we found is “the norm” during our experiences of reestablishing a new home. Austin and Jesse have integrity and are true gentlemen. What a pleasure it was doing business with them. We wished that we had more mattresses to buy but unfortunately for them, they did their job so well that we won’t need a new mattress anytime in the near future. Oh, by the way, the mattress they guided us to is simply the best one we have ever owned. We came in with specific ideas. We are thrilled that they listened carefully to us and took the time to show us all options and introduced us to new ideas and allowed us a “no- pressure experience” to make our selection. They are clearly well studied and have real expertise on this subject matter. To own a mattress that absolutely delivers in quality, comfort, and provides consistent sound sleep is a blessing to us. Don’t do what we have done so many times in the past and buy a mattress in a furniture store as an “add on” and from a salesperson who does not specialize in beds. This is a big purchase and is treated as such. If you haven’t been to Mattress Gallery Direct go in and meet Austin and Jessie. You will be very happy that you did.

Austin was very friendly and knowledgeable about all of the mattresses in the store. He let me make the decision as to which set I wanted. There was no pressure to sell me a more expensive set! Delivery was set for the next day, with no delivery fee and they hauled off my old set, which was a BIG plus for me!! The 2 gentlemen that delivered my mattress and box spring were very friendly and efficient! One even helped me put on my bed skirt! I highly recommend Mattress Gallery Direct if you need a new mattress set!! I can’t wait to sleep on my new set tonight!!

I highly recommend Mattress Gallery Direct. I had my mind set on either a Sleep Number or Purple mattress. On a whim, I went to Mattress Gallery on a Sunday. The co-owners were managing the store and were extremely helpful and patient as I picked out a bed. The mattress I decided on was on sale, then they took MORE off the price...then when I mentioned if I waited a couple more months, I would save even more with my Flex Spending Account through my work...THEY MADE UP THAT DIFFERENCE AS WELL! It was great not to wait months and still have that savings. They were able to schedule delivery the very NEXT day. Delivery was scheduled for 4pm. The drivers called me at 3:15pm exactly to tell me they were 45minues away. When I got to my house to 4:03, they were there waiting. The delivery guys were super friendly, efficient and courteous (even to my little dogs!). The first night, I hated my mattress, but as it turns out, it was making me sleep in a correct position. I have since gotten used to it and feel much better with less aches and pains during the night and morning. Highly recommend Mattress Gallery and thank them for helping me improve my quality of life with a good nights sleep!

Jesse was very helpful in choosing my new mattress. Wasn’t pushy at all and was very prompt and attentive with all the questions I had. Delivery was next day as promised and went smooth. I’d highly recommend this place especially being a veteran owned small business !
