Russell was awesome! He was very knowledgeable about different beds and had us try several before we made a decision and I’m so glad he did!! Unlike most salesmen he did not push the most expensive mattress even though that’s the one we chose lol…. I highly recommend this location and Russell….

My husband and I have a wonderful mattress that meets our independent need. I have a problem with my side of the bed not responding to the remote control. Mattress Firm is sending out an expert to help us within a couple of days.

My visit to Mattress Firm was highly disappointing; the shopkeeper showed no interest in providing details about any of the mattresses, leaving me thoroughly dissatisfied. I have no intention of ever purchasing a mattress from this shop again. No surprise there is no customer there. Staffs working there are totally careless and i am not sure management is worried about this. If possible I would rate less than 1 ⭐️

Toby was very knowledgeable about the various options, patient with our questions and no pressure for a decision. A good experience for us. The ultimate test will be receiving the mattress and accessories and enjoying the comfort of the new mattress and pillow.

Bruce was amazing! We walked in wanting a cheap mattress. He explained to us all the pros and cons of each mattress we tried. We walked out with exactly what fit us and our sleep style. Buying a mattress is never easy, but because of all the information we received we were able to make the best decision. Can't wait to test out our new mattress!

My husband and I were dumbfounded at the ignorance of the salesman, Edward, that we worked with.He was self-righteous in how he spoke to us, and made us seem like fools for asking if the mattress prices were negotiable (which they are, for the record!).Would not recommend the trip - Not worth your time and he is definitely undeserving of your $!

Katie helped my husband and I find the perfect mattress. She had us do a test to determine what type of mattress was best for us and walked us through the options. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and just all around great to work with! We are so excited about our new mattress.
