Working with Doug Rockstead was so easy. He is very knowledgeable about their products. If you are looking for a quality product, go visit Doug and he will take care of you. Whatever they are paying him, isn't enough for his knowledge. Very happy with this purchase, this is the second bed from Mattress Firm and no regrets.

My husband and I had such a great experience here! Randy was so helpful and you could tell he was very knowledgeable about the mattresses and which would be best for our preferences. He worked well with us to keep the pricing within our budget and gave us a great deal! Another great perk to mattress firm is that they gave us a specific day that the mattress would be delivered rather than a delivery window! We had previously tried purchasing a mattress at a different store that had a two week delivery window, which was frustrating. All around we had a lovely experience and Randy was a great help to us! Highly recommend shopping here!
