I trusted that as a 'professional' tax service provider that they would know how to fill out all necessary tax forms correctly. Sherry completed my taxes two years in a row. Two and a half years after the first year I received a letter from the IRS stating that I owed them more money - this was due to forms incorrectly filled out in which I corrected with the IRS. A year later I received the same type of letter from the IRS again, because the same forms were done incorrectly. Not trusting their professionalism, I never went back and I would never recommend them.
I do not have the wrong company - it was 2016 & 2017 taxes.

I went off of a recommendation from my neighbor to go see Sherry and was very pleased with her . She did my taxes in a very professional way and I walked out with them done which in the past at other place I had to wait weeks to find out my outcome . Her office is very clean and well organized and will be going back to her for sure .

Awful. We filed in April and it was reported done 2 days later. She said she called and left a voice mail but we never received one. Even if we somehow missed it, she only called once.I called her 3 weeks after dropping it off and she was out of office with a family emergency and said she wasn't sure if mine was complete. Understandable. However, we never received a phone call when she came back to the office.Due to the nature of the emergency, I waited until JUNE to call and check again. I was trying to be respectful of her situation. She then gave attitude and said she called and I should have checked better. Again, she ONLY CALLED ONE TIME! She gave tons of attitude about my frustration with her and the length of time it took for this to be comeplete.I will not be using her again.

The business owner Sherry Carter is friendly and makes you feel welcome in her business. Taxes can be stressful for some people, however Sherry has a way to put you at ease. The office is clean, unlike some tax accounts offices I have seen in the past. It's nice to know she puts her files away before waiting on her next person. Confidentially is so important.
