2 hours ago I went to the Georgetown Loft. When I got home, I checked my clothes and the receipt and realized I had only bought 4 things and She charged me for 5. Make sure you check what you bought and the receipt.

Been in this store two different times and both times the two ladies working here are rude. No hello how can we help , nothing …. Won’t ever go back again…don’t recommend anyone else either Even the clothes are ugly

Absolutely arrogant staff with a haughty, holier-than-thou attitude. They can do no wrong! Stealing money from customers is the new business model. No wonder the Domain store couldn't sustain itself. Wouldn't be surprised if bringing the staff from there to here helps close down this location too.
