0/5 - one of the girls was beyond rude & making snarky comments loudly for everyone in the store to hear. Disgusting attitude. Hideous personality. Unwelcoming. Left immediately because she was so nauseatingly rude. Quite shocking that people act like this.

If you're looking for a cute place to take your family on the weekends this is it and not to mention they have the absolute cutest door boy you will ever see. Finn walked up and greeted us with such pleasure and his mom was right there giving us the same amount of kindness as we looked around the shop we really enjoyed all of the different merchandise we saw from boho outfits to adorable decorations just in time for Easter. I strongly recommend this place for a cute little shopping date!

My daughter has been talking about this shop since she went a few months ago. She was lamenting that she didn't buy this little duck. Decided this would make a great surprise gift for her and ask the name of the store!! Just got off the phone with Crystal and she was so helpful and said She'd be happy to help me with the transaction over the phone. Will go pick up my Mr Duck next week. I'm a huge small business supporter, the backbone of America and adore picking up treasures like this! Thank you again Crystal for making my shopping experience a delight. Looking forward to seeing the store for myself!

No matter how many cute and fun things are available, I won't go back. The owner's dog(s) attacked my much smaller dog upon entry. Sadly, I won't enter this establishment again.Animals with this kind of attitude should not be in a public place for the liability of shaking other dogs but also the possibility of snapping at children. I also feel sad for the workers there having to apologize for the owner.

I brought my Mom to downtown GT to experience the cool shops. We had a great experience everywhere except here. We spent about $250 at La Bella and while we were checking out the girl at the counter was so rude. Okay, I’ll take it. A week later, I tried to exchange an item I bought according to their policies and arrived at 9:55 because their sign and google stated they open at 10am. I waited until 10:30 and the store was still closed. Other people were knocking on the door wondering the same. I had to leave and called the store around noon to inquire how I could make my exchange. Granted I was upset that I drove all the way to GT to find the store to be closed. When I called Julie answered and asked if they open at 10 am and her answer was “yep”. I proceeded to tell her about my exchange I wanted and after much argument and reminding her I was the customer she agreed to refund my money. I went today to get my refund and the lady who helped me was more rude. This customer service level is disgusting. A simple sorry or let me help you would have gone a long way.

One of my favorite stores to visit and shop when in Gtown. I can never escape without buying a few great things for myself and for gifts. Very friendly and down to earth owners and we even enjoy their furry staff!

I had not been in until recently but I was pulled in by the TONS of Swedish Gnomes! This is a cool shop for decorations you won't see at all stores. My mother-in-law and I love gnomes so I bought her one that she was just thrilled with. The staff has always been kind but not pushy, they were even cheerful when the square was jammed during the holidays.

Too many people in one place. It was hard to get help to buy something. Not only that, the shop owner invaded my personal space and touched my hair. Very unprofessional. I had high hopes, maybe it was an off day.

This Boutique is one of the most unique places. The jewelry is divine, fun clothing and great gift items. Jemme is absolutely Fun and I could spend hours shopping and talking in there. Top place on Georgetown Square.
