Great jewelry store. Have been going there for a very long time and customer service has usually been exceptional. They have an amazing selection of items and are known for their craftsmanship.
Ice the years I owned a couple of pieces that needed attention, but they have been addressed immediately and resolved to my satisfaction.

This store is terrible etc. We did an online order and the reason why we did it at this store for pickup was because it was in our route for that day, we had things to do in town for a couple of hours so when we asked about When we asked what would be the wait time to add charms She turned around and pointed at the sign behind her. I looked at her and I was like, okay. while trying to talk to her she was more interested in her coworker that was working beside her telling her what to do after she already was doing was she needed to do just so rude and leaving no good bye. We will never return to this store or do online order there.

I've shopped at this James Avery for years, and just recently, a few of the employees have been rude. The first time I visited this past month, the lady was very helpful and even helped me swap my discontinued ring for a different size of the same kind of ring. She told me to come back into the store to give her my info, have the new ring mailed to me, etc. I went back in the second time and they looked at me like I was stupid when I explained my situation. The third time, they finally tried to help me, but with hesitation. They embarrassed me slightly and made me feel ignorant. I wish they would care more for their customers and try their best to meet the needs of their customers.

Love all of their their jewelry. I have so much from them, just started wearing earrings again, so many of them are from James Avery. Just wish they would send me the coupons.

For my birthday I recently got my 1st ever James Avery charm bracelet and 2 charms. I am in love with the enamel turtle and the #9 is significant to me because it represents my family. James Avery knows how to make a woman feel special and I can’t wait to add more charms to this beauty. I went to the Georgetown location and the lady that helped me was so nice. She talked me through how to set the charms. She did an amazing job and most jewelers would charge to put the charms on permanently. They don’t charge if the charm is new! The packaging was beautiful just the whole experience was a 20/10. I definitely recommend James Avery to everyone. If you need to make someone feel special this is the place to go!!!
Follow up: went back in to buy 2 more charms and Adrienne is who helped me this time. The whole experience again was so nice and smooth. She was super sweet very respectful and didn’t look at me crazy for being in my work clothes. I have gone into other jewelry stores where they treated me different like I wasn’t going to buy something! I added the your a gem charm and the Texas forged charm! I can’t wait only had to wait 1 day for them to do it! Will post pics when I get the bracelet back!

I have had multiple great visits here staff is so nice and helpful. Recently I some how managed to get one of my charms stuck and they were able to fix it thankfully. They also cleaned my bracelet and had it looking brand new.

I wish there was a way to leave a 0 star review. I would not recommend this location and hate the way my me and my daughter were ignored as we walked around the store. We were NEVER greeted and no one even addressed us even when we entered the store. I was actually shopping for a Quince bracelet for my daughter and they ruined our experience.

I was really looking for a silver neckless for my grandma, and was my second time coming to this location. And i came in a jolly sweet lady named, Kathy came and greeted me in, made me feel great and welcomed, amd helped me pick out the chian and pendent i wanted. She was so respectfull and kind/sweet and i would definitely come here agian, amd buy some jewelry, and i recommend yall to buy from this location here too!!!.
