Update: I received a call from Rebecca (Manager). Very impressed that my issue was addressed. She explained that it was a training issue slip that has since been addressed and that I will be receiving my referral fee! I was happy with the experience otherwise, it was just that one thing.Quick and easy. The only shady part was when I asked about the referral fee.... I was told "oh I gave your referred person a really good price on their fees". What??? I was supposed to get the referral bonus plus she never gave us the option. Since we didn't get a breakdown or the fees quoted up front, for all I know there was no discount. Lesson learned, my fault for assuming they wouldn't pull a fast one. (Georgetown TX)

We have used Jackson Hewitt for many years in Georgetown Texas. Ms Rebecca did an excellent job making sure everything was correct with our tax return. She was professional, knowledgeable, and was ready and willing to explain anything I did not understand or had a question about. She was methodical and patient, all of which I appreciated. Highly recommended !!
