Christy is really easy to work with, she listens to your wants and then goes into action to make it a reality. I had some saying my dad said yo me daily. I placed them on his tool box that was given to me after he passed. All I can say is wow I love them they came out so good. The staff here are so kind. I will useing them again for sure...

The folks at Ideal Signs are super friendly and quick to respond. From initial contact to final product in hand only took a couple days. The sign looks great and is exactly what I asked for. Their pricing was fair, especially considering the single piece order. Their reception area is full of example pieces and photos of previous work they've done. They can pretty much make any type of sign at any size.

We leased our building to another company and Ideal Signs decided it was o.k. to take our sign off and keep it without our authorization. Now they expect us to go out of our way to pick up the sign at their facility. We paid for the sign and they basically stole it. Now they're saying they will bring it back at their convenience. If we don't get our sign back ASAP and in perfect condition as it was when it was on our building, we will contact the authorities and file a complaint for theft of property.

We ordered 25 yard signs and found out the stakes that came with them were insufficient to handle our sized signs. In the wind, they will bend over then no one can read our signs. What is the point of having signs when no one can read them?? I asked for an exchange of stronger stakes, but they wanted to charge me for them. To keep my business, they should have offered a stronger steak at no charge. Instead, they wanted to charge me again for stakes that I already paid for with my order. Very bad customer service when dealing with an issue. They took my money quick enough though and thanked me for my business when ordering!!!
