I had a really bad cracked windshield and they repaired it just perfectly . & everything fit my budget! I can see clearly now , i get new car vibes? Highly Recommended spot for your auto glass needs have to go back for some tint!

This was a great experience. My windshield was replaced and calibrated in a timely fashion. The staff was so helpful and knowledgeable. Anna is great!! 5 stars all day!!

Very competitively priced and very friendly. Small shop and did a great job on my Lexus. You can watch the process through a large window in the waiting area. I highly recommend this shop.

Ford F150 windshield replacement. Took about an hour. Place, people, and work were professional. Paid what was quoted (~$290). Receive various quotes up to $400 so good value. Good warranty on work and future chips/free repair. Overall good experience.

After taking my car to a big name glass repair shop and leaving my car there ALL day and it hadn't even been touched the search began for another auto glass repair. We found Hot Shot through a web search and after talking with them, we scheduled our repair. Amazing service, honest, a super reasonable price, a great experience overall! Called around lunch time for a pretty nasty chip in my windshield I got this morning on my way to work. Anna and Anthony came out to my job and had my Jeep ready to roll again in no time. Great customer service, awesome people and will definitely be using them for any future needs! Last Saturday, a piece of flying debris on the freeway hit my windshield, shattering the left side. I needed the windshield fixed by this Sunday as my family needed all of our cars available by the following Monday.When I told Anna and Hot Shot Auto that I was willing to go with a more expensive local company because they were able to do it by Thursday, Anna went out of her way to acquire the glass and install it on Thursday while still beating the prices of local competition. When the glass she ordered did not arrive on Thursday morning, she personally drove to Houston to pick up another glass for my car and installed it later that afternoon with her son and an employee, Anthony. Even with the cost of mobile installation, Hot Shot was still $50+ cheaper than the next best local option and they quickly installed the windshield despite the crazy summer heat.They also informed me that the replaced windshield has lifetime workmanship warranty and free chip repair. While I hope I never have to take advantage of either, it is nice to know that it is available for me.If I ever need windshield work done, I will contact Hot Shot Auto first! I wish more places had customer service like them. Thanks!
