Great, relaxing, professional experience. I have been to a few different lash studios and this one tops them all! First of all, the receptionist, Carrie is an absolute doll! She is so willing to be helpful and accommodating, not only to the clients dropping in, but I also noticed how she's a team player with the staff. My tech was very experienced (8 years in the biz) and did a beautiful job on my lashes. They also have an awesome membership program there! I will go there for all my services from now on from waxing to facials...all of it! I must say something about the incredible skin care line they sell, called Ilike...organic ingredients. Amazing people, service and products!

I went to Hot Blinks for a brow lamination. I have had brow services before at other places and am aware of what standard practices are. My brow lamination was horrendous. I don’t even know where to start. The brows were left incredibly long and trimmed very unevenly, so when brushed upward they looked ridiculous. The tech also waxed the tails of my eye brows off leaving them disproportionate looking on my face. On top of this- the tint color was SO wrong. I am a warm brunette with highlights and the tech dyed my eyebrows jet black. I left with jet black, stubby, and jagged, caterpillars on my face. I couldn’t even get words out when I looked in the mirror. I got in the car, cried, and immediately drove to the brow salon I used to visit before moving. They fixed the shape and length the best they couldbut unfortunately the color will just have to fade. My eye brows also had a bad reaction to whatever product they used and were red for about 48 hours/ peeled after. Can’t speak for their other services but I don’t think brows are for them!
