I haul equipment for these guys all the time. The yard people are super cool and always do a great job! Very friendly and professional. I don’t remember their names but hers a picture of them. Dropped this 336 off today and they were awesome like always.

Slowest parts department in the entire industry, Insanely long wait times on the phone and the WORST hold music/same random fact repeated to you 1000000 times. Calling Cat for parts is literally THE WORST. Also maybe hire more than 2 parts counter guys??? Just an opinion coming from a 3rd party technician.

Holt Cat in Pflugerville was absolutely amazing! Dakota has excellent customer service skills!! We are a newly formed trucking company and we took our truck in for service and they got it done at a reasonable price and their service was outstanding!! Only been open for about 6 months and already doing amazing work. Outstanding service and highly specialized technicians that are experts. Not like going to other heavy equipment stores where one technician is supposed to do everything from hydraulics to welding. Holt has specialized people that know what they are doing quickly.
