I was sent on a mission, and I walked in to see 4 ladies conversing amongst themselves. I was about to politely interrupt them when one of them swiftly switched gears and acknowledged my presence. I asked about what I was looking for, pink clothes pins, and she didn't give me and aisle or a location. No she excused herself, and told me to follow her. That she'd be happy to show me right to them. Well we were two aisles over from the one's I was sent to get but her gung ho and upbeat attitude and willingness to traverse all the way across the store put a gigantic smile on my face. I told her thank you but that didn't feel like enough. So whatever manager reads this please let her know she made me a fan of your store. And I usually shop at Michael's. I'll be seeing yall again soon. I saw a few items that I want to come bK for. Thanks for making me want to explore the store. Any other time I'd have grabbed what I was there for and ran bK out. Instead of spending 3 and some change, I spent over 30.

I have used the Custom Framing department at this Hobby Lobby multiple times now! I always have AMAZING service from Izzy & Michael! They are kind and knowledgeable and help me work through all of my projects. I really appreciate the care they've taken to ensure that each of my projects exceeds my own expectations!
