Be aware of the service department. Took my client’s vehicle in on Monday for a recall service and not realizing my client’s Bose portable speaker was in the back seat, it was taken from the car. Please make sure to remove all of your personal belongings.

First time going to VW and couldn’t believe how great of an experience it was. PJ was our salesmen and I have to say what a perfect salesman for us!! Our experience at Hewlett Volkswagen was very pleasant. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a friendly and welcoming staff. Our salesman was Matt Colfer, a very skilled, dedicated, hard-working, knowledgeable, and extremely competent professional. We established a very positive rapport with Matt. Although we weren’t satisfied with our initial purchase, Matt worked tirelessly to get us into a car we were happy with. Undoubtedly, Matt loves what he does. He made us feel like family as well as Santos, Skyler, TJ, Ophelia and Alma. Everyone there strifes to offer optimum customer service. Overall, incredible dealership with incredible personnel. I am so very excited to have gotten my new car at Hewlett VW. I had just had the most terrible time with my last car which pretty much broke down so I went in very sad. However, my salesman Mike Torres made the experience really truly amazing. As someone who has had the worst of luck with getting new cars he made it nice and easy. I just bought two more cars from Mike Torres at Hewitt Volkswagen in Georgetown. I had such a good experience the first time a couple years ago buying a car for my daughter that when it came to buy a car for my other daughter and myself he was the first one I called. Skyler and Will were incredibly helpful, friendly, professional, trustworthy, and went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and work with us—couldn’t have asked for a better experience with them.
