The work was good but…. The agent that handled my repairs was unresponsive, not returning numerous calls for information. Also it took 5 days to complete a job that should have taken at most 3.

Great communication and did a great job on the repairs. They used all new factory OEM parts and replaced everything that was damaged.

Amazing customer service from Darrell. He kept me abreast with updates on the status of my vehicle throughout the time that it was in the shop. I definitely appreciated that level of customer service.
