Location is great, but does anyone notice how this HEB always has spoiled produce, vegetables, and fruits? Numerous times I try to buy meats and they also ran out. I went to a different location and they had better quality items.

This location is usually out of stock on numerous products, and the produce has been spoiled with mold on several occasions. It’s the closest HEB to me which is disappointing, but the Round Rock location on University is much better with their selection without spoiled produce and stocked shelves. I’ll make the extra 10 minute drive for that.

I placed an order today and saw a message that the product is out of stock, I had set to substitute but initially I asked for carrots cut into sticks, they were supposed to substitute it with another type of carrot, they did it with tangerines, I don't know why it surprises me, it's always something different every time I try to buy something with home delivery, I canceled the substitution (tangerines) but it's not fair that I pay for a delivery to get all my products and ensuring that they substitute it in case that one is not available and now I can't get it because someone doesn't know that tangerines and carrots are two completely different things, the worst thing is that I contacted customer service and they just say they are very sorry, terrible service

We moved to Georgetown about a year ago and have been using this H‑E‑B ever since. This location is lovely, very clean, and the employees are friendly.
We had a really great experience with two employees in particular today.
Burnie in the checkout section was super friendly and chatted with us about the H‑E‑B brands we frequently purchase, the upcoming holiday, and he apologized for a (very slight) delay since the store was really busy (we assured him that it was no biggie and we were in no rush at all).
Another white gentleman with a white beard (we didn’t catch his name but it was possibly Ed?) was very helpful in the wine section and helped us sample and find a new orange wine flavor of a brand that we already love! He walked us over to the wine and to another item that we needed as well, and he was very friendly and chatted with us for a minute.
This store may be a bit crowded with customers at times, but I will always highly recommend it!

First of all, it's an HEB. So you gotta love that. It's a small building compared to the building it replaced. Which is odd, cause they built this building because the prior building across 35 had lots of traffic. But the parking lot is smaller and the pick up became a nightmare to go in and out since the store traffic uses that same route to exit the parking lot. The old building had a dedicated section away from all traffic. This is prime example of when they try to make things better they just make it better for themselves. Sad to know that the great HEB of Texas is making these types of decisions when it comes to customers. Or maybe I'm just bitter of my routine changing. I liked the older building, gave the place history and felt like a root of Georgetown. Probably just me. So four stars for the parking. Other than that, it's a HEB so it's as good as you think it is.

In Austin,I like to go shopping at H-E-B.The girl at the front desk is very warm and friendly! I don’t speak English well, I am always nervous.Her smile service and enthusiasm make me feel relaxed and happy. Like her service 👍
