We purchased a huge, very comfortable U-shaped sectional from Tracey. She took great care of us and found a sectional within our budget. It arrived in perfect condition with an incredibly helpful delivery driver. He brought it into the house and offered to help rearrange our other furniture to improve the living room flow. It was spectacular service from start to finish. Tracey provided excellent sales and the delivery driver was the final efficient and helpful end. We could not be happier with the service and our product. Our new couch looks amazing in our house. Plus we got a great deal!

Tracy is a terrible business woman who is taking advantage of her husband “Mac” an older gentleman. She does bad business. “No refunds, 20% restock fee, In store credit only. In my case I had a receipt and they had a receipt. Both receipts said I had in store credit. She said it was added wrong, we took advantage, she don’t do business this way and get out her store. I called the police. When the police got there now she wants to do a further investigation into the matter since she didn’t do the transaction. STAY AWAY FROM HERE AND HER. DO NOT GO. SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!

AS LONG AS TRACY WORKS HERE, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY..!!! A few months ago, I went into Mac's looking for a living room sofa set. The sales lady was absolutely wonderful to work with. The owner, Tracy, turned out to be a NIGHTMARE. After my sofa set was delivered to the house, I called to let them know the sofa was delivered with a small tear in it. She immediately became angry telling me that she personally shrink-wrapped that herself before it left the shop. She said there was no damage when she wrapped it. I told her that may be so but it showed up at my house damaged. Then she tried to blame the delivery drivers. I really didn't care how it got damaged or who did it. After all, they were HER delivery drivers. I just was looking for a resolution. She told me that someone was going to Houston the following week to pick up a new set exactly like the one I bought. She was going to have the new sofa delivered and take the first sofa back to use on the showroom floor. I thought this was a terrific plan and I thanked her. At this point, I would have given them 4 or 5 stars. 12 days later, when I had not heard from her, I sent her a text. She did not respond. 10 more days went by without a word so I texted her again. She then told me they were not going to replace the sofa but they would send out a repair technician to try to repair the small tear. I reluctantly agreed as long as he could do a good repair. Then she let me know the repair guy got Covid and would not be available for at least a couple of weeks. Another 12 days went by and she told me he could come out the following Monday. The next day, she sent a photo of the tear to the repair guy and he responded that he might not be able to do a very good repair. He recommended she just toss some money at me for my trouble. HERE'S WHERE HER TRUE COLORS REALLY SHINED. She told me that it was my fault for not noticing the small tear before the delivery guys left my house. She said she would send me a small refund to get it repaired myself. I asked her why she couldn't follow through with what she offered the first time by bringing me a new sofa and using the damaged one on her showroom floor. She would not respond to that. I still have all the texts in my phone. I asked her to send me a small $250 check so I could get it repaired myself. She sent me a $100 check. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU.

I ordered their giant Mammoth sectional sofa at the end of June 2021. The day it was delivered I noticed a leg to the couch was missing and a throw pillow. Then took note that the cushions are all filled with different type foam causing them to be hard in areas and mishaped, which it super uncomfortable. The ottoman was delivered weeks later and it barely had any cushion to it. Actually we've all hurt our legs on it due to the wood sticking out. Yes, I've contacted Mac's regarding these issues and I was told to go through Acima who financed my couch. After going round and round Acima repeatedly told me that's not their responsibility, they finance only, and since the furniture was damaged upon delivery and any discrepancies with it in the 1st year falls on the manufacturer or the seller. I spent good money on this couch and nothing has been fixed on it. No one will help. The manufacturer is Jackson's Furniture in Georgia, and they told me I have to go through Mac's furniture to get a replacement... now I have a broken $3500 couch and can't afford another. Yep the back of it is slopping down and broken. We've been in Colorado for almost a month. So furniture shouldn't break within weeks or months! Especially when no one has been home using it! Please be vigilant. I understand it's hard on businesses and people during these covid hardships, but all I want is a refund or a replacement couch that I paid for!

Do Not Buy!!!! I drove an hour to buy a sectional and when they delivered it had missing parts and the delivery guy broke one of the legs. It's been a month and nothing!!!! The lady Tracy is rude and keeps using Covid as an excuse stating I'm inpatient when I paid in full and expected a new item. Do not buy or waste your time and money.

If I could give zero stars, I would . I definitely should have read these reviews before I ordered a sofa from this place. No response when asked about when it will be delivered, phone number for the "store" is a cell phone that goes to voicemail. When I messaged them to cancel and needed my money back due to lack of communication, no response. Second time I contacted them to get a refund......no response. These people are scam artists. Don't waste your time or money. Thank God my bank is awesome and refunded my money. Funny thing is when you purchase at their website, the payee is not Mac's Furniture. It's some guy named Jeffrey McMurrey. So, to recap, the business phone listed is a cell phone and the payee via their website is the guy listed above not a business. I can't stand a shady mother f$&@er!

BUYER BEWARE The furniture is cheaply made, the staff including the owners are liars! It's a shame they take your money and then make you jump through hoops to fix their broken furniture! They promised to fix it clearly while in a drunken state, then on Monday while sober called me a liar and has not ever since October made it right! I purchased broken furniture that is just sitting empty and unable to use! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
