Sarah has been great!! My second surgery in 8 months on the same joint. A huge difference on my mobility/ range of motion and pain with Texas Physical Therapy .

I had an evaluation for my lower back Pain last week1. The woman at the desk was not wearing her mask Properly for the 15 minutes I was in the lobby. (Her nose was not covered)2 the therapist was 15 minutes late I had gotten there 15 min early to fill out paperwork then the therapist arrived in my room 14 minutes late3 during the evaluation the therapist did not tell me anything she noticed4 I was given four exercises to do at home and told they would be emailed to me. When I went in 4 days later I had been blocked out of the account. I guess you Don't get them unless you schedule follow up appts Seems ethically wrong to me5. At the end of the appt I was told to sit down in front of a computer in another room and fill out two different surveys6. During the evaluation the therapist read back everything I had written just 15 min earlier. Certainly wasted my time and money. Yes it was paid for by insurance but I'm only allowed x amount of pt dollarsDon't understand why they have to read everything back6. On the way out I stopped at the front desk to schedule the follow up and the same woman again did not have her mask on properlyI decided at that time. "This place is not for me"Needless to say I won't be going back and won't recommend it to my friends Ms Morrison
