Despite all of my communication with this shop being via phone or text, my experience using Georgetown Interstate Transmission and Auto Repair was phenomenal. Between calling in to let them know I’d be getting towed in after hours to coordinating an after hours pick-up, the customer service was impeccable. Huge shout out to Brandon who answered the phone pretty much every time I called. He was really kind and explained everything in necessary detail and seemed happy to do so. They fixed the primary issue going on with my car and provided details/estimates on other issues and potential future concerns. My car was completed in a timely manner, quicker than I anticipated! I will definitely be using this shop for any future car needs and will be recommending them to everyone I know that needs car repairs and tune ups.

I had take my vehicle twice, instead of just once n for them charging me for every code every time I took my vehicle n fixing it every time that tells me there crooks, it wasn’t like that last time I took my vehicle years ago! I guess they might new management now, like Brandon Sullivan!
