Very happy with the Service here! I bought a new 2024 QX60 Sensory a couple months ago and I am in love with the car and more specifically this dealership!If you are looking for an Infiniti don’t go anywhere else! The entire team is fantastic. Jacelyn was my sales rep and I highly recommend reaching out to her! From the very beginning of my experience Jacelyn and Phil were more than helpful. Very attentive to detail and really walking me through the process and what would be most beneficial for me. They were very personable and completely genuine which is hard to find in the car buying business! They even let me take the car home for a day to see how I liked it! Overall one of the best experiences I have had as the customer service was incomparable. Definitely would refer anyone to them!

Unethical/Lacks Integrity/Unprofessional Management/Will not uphold their agreements and are more than willing to undermine their sales team! Warning do not do business with this dealer. Their word (written/verbal) cannot be trusted. They have no concern for their customers, no concern for their integrity and no concern for their reputation. They WILL reverse a sale to out of state customers and try to gaslight the entire process...not only impacting the customer but they are willing to reverse a commission to their own salesperson.The lack of integrity is appalling. Do not trust anything they tell you. Now, I fully expect a response to this review about not receiving a deposit. They did. They agreed to everything. Bottom line...they don't care about you. They only want your money. Take however they respond with a grain of salt. There are plenty of dealerships to work with. I highly recommend going elsewhere.

Took my car in for a oil change and state inspection!! Typically with a oil change comes a all points inspection of fluids, breaks, tires etc. I picked up my car several hours later and when I arrived home I was reviewing my inspection and recommended services. I realized my brakes where not inspected. That is a very important safety issue and in the past has always been part of my oil change and inspection! I called the service writer twice (at the number provided) I also send two text messages and left a message with the service department. It has been two weeks and I still haven't heard back from anyone with a answer to my simple question "why did they not inspect my breaks"? I am very disappointed! This is a new dealership that is closed to where I live. I stillHave to drive 30 to 40 minutes but not an hour plus. But I simply can not depend on this service department to do a routine inspection of my car so how can I trust them to do any other service requirements I may need?

Exceptional service and a nice, modern facility. Gianna and Steven in service greeted me promptly and made sure to understand my vehicle's needs. The waiting area is clean and comfortable, and it's well-stocked with snacks and drinks to make my wait time more tolerable.I'm impressed with this dealership, and I'll be bringing my Infiniti for service here from now on!

There's no need to talk about the design and comfort of this place. It is an Infiniti dealership, after all.My wife purchased her QX50 here and we took my mother (73) yesterday where she purchased a new QX60.Mega props to Karime for standing the test of time while dealing with 3 very strong willed TX folk. She was courteous, professional, and funny all at the same time.I will also say that good manners will take you far. Just trust me on this; the nicer you are to them the nicer they are to you. Win/win all the way around.In the end while we will always be loyal to Infiniti the Georgetown dealership has become family.Highly recommended for your next luxury experience.

I enjoyed my recent service visit at the dealership. They were courteous, professional, presented the information I needed to know about my vehicle repairs. The service advisor was Gianna and because of her I’ll continue to do business with this dealer. Plus. This place was immaculate, I know it’s new, but it’s being kept clean by my accounts.

Made an service appointment 1 week ago, was promised a rental when making appointment. Drove 30 minutes to dealership just to be told I was not guaranteed a rental and would have to wait another 2 weeks. Very unapologetic staff.

I cannot express how much gratitude I have towards the people who helped me get a new car. My heart seriously goes out to miss Hannah who helped me get one of my dream cars. She did her d*mn best and tried every and wich way to help me when I didn’t have much to start with. She was AMAZING and such a kind and sweet person. She is very easy to talk to and very understanding of people’s situations and does THE best she can to make sure you happy with your pick and it’s what you want. Thank you SOOO MUCH miss Hannah.
