Everyone at Georgetown Collision was fantastic! They helped alleviate any concerns I had about the process and communicated with me throughout. They even went out of their way to get some of us to our rental agency when they didn’t have anyone to come get us. My vehicle looks like new again! I’m so happy I chose Georgetown Collision and would recommend them to everyone.

Big shout out to Cahrynn from Georgetown Collision! She was super communicative the whole time my car was with them. I appreciate her going back and forth with the insurance company to fight for the repairs. I will be recommending people over to them in the future!

My car had been vandalized and my window broken out. I called Georgetown collision and from the start they were very helpful and very sympathetic to my situation. I scheduled my appointment and dropped my vehicle off. They had a ride ready for me to go and get my rental car so I wasn’t waiting long at all. Ms Cahrynn was very nice and helped me along the way. She kept me updated with every step. When I had any concerns she made sure to address them. I picked my vehicle up and you couldn’t even tell that there was ever damage. I would definitely recommend Georgetown Collision for any of your body works needs.

I drove the car for two weeks after the incident, and it was still running, but I knew it needed repairs. That’s why I don’t understand why they were charging so much. I heard a radio commercial from this company where they promise you many things—they offer towing, they offer a service to pick up and bring your car, the best parts, and that they would waive the deductible. My experience was completely different. They never offered me anything, and later they wanted me to first bring the car to them using a tow truck that I had to arrange myself, just so they could accept the car.
After I brought the car to them, it took them three days to tell me that before even checking the estimate, I had to hand over the two checks the insurance sent me to start the repair, without giving me any information on the cost. After I gave them the checks, they told me to call the insurance company myself to ask for the cost information. I called the insurance, and they told me Georgetown Collision was charging over $16,000 to fix the car. Of course, the insurance didn't want to pay that much, so they declared my car a total loss, which caused my insurance rate to go up significantly, and now I have to buy another car.
This happened a few months ago, but for someone who lives paycheck to paycheck, this was a terrible experience. This company promises so much, but in the end, they did nothing to help me. Now I have to buy another car, and they kept the checks without doing anything to help. This is not meant to harm the company, but simply to share the story of what happened in my case.

Thought I had left a review, but either I forgot to post, or it was deleted somehow.
In 2021 I brought my pickup in for significant hail damage repair. The vehicle wasn't even a year old yet. Maybe 10k miles. In all their paperwork I was given it stressed that they would have the vehicle for at least 30 days. They were never in contact. Not even as we passed the 30 day point. After close to 2 months they had said vehicle, I needed it for a cross country road trip. When we were finally able to get in contact with someone I was informed that they "forgot" to order the trim on the roof. And it was back ordered. I was able to take the vehicle and they would contact me when the trim came in. Before I left the premises, inside the driver's door was a huge buildup of clear coat. They took care of it immediately by filing it down. Leaving the dust everywhere. The connectors for the defrost grid on the rear window were ripped off when they dropped the headliner (found that out when I got the windows tinted). There are dirty finger prints all over the headliner. And was even worse after installing the roof trim as the headliner had to be dropped again. There's clear coat peeling on the windshield side of both a-pillars. There was still rubbing compound on it indicating it wasn't washed properly. Left rear wheel arch trim misaligned. And just today I found that the antenna mount on the roof is loose (which is why I'm doing this review. Again.). They said they have a lifetime warranty on their work, but after such an experience why would anyone risk taking it there to be fixed after such shoddy work? I can't even express enough how bad their communication with us was. Initially went there because it was local and not a big chain. Turned out to be a mistake. The photo of the a pillar clear coat peeling was taken July 7th of this year. I guess the ones I took early 2022 didn't transfer when I got a new device.
