Attempted to visit this store on Saturday mid-afternoon at a very busy shopping center. See picture. 10 or 15 minutes is one thing, 90 minutes is ridiculous.

Everytime I come to this store everyone is nice. By the time everyone wants to check out everyone prioritizes the phone calls over checking people out in store. Everytime. I can't express the frustration being a person right there in front of people, ready to spend money. Yet they pick up the phone and walk/step away from the counter. Do not engage with you. Then it's an awkward stand still. I don't feel like spending money in a place I feel ignored (or I have to force someone to take my money) I don't need the things I'm buying. The more I stand in line the more I realize this. I've just started putting the stuff down and leaving, Being that everyone there is so wonderful I feel awful saying anything because it's not them. They are so caring to every customer that calls. I have heard this very complaint in the line all the time. Just a flag.

The staff are very knowledgeable and always friendly and willing to help right when you walk in the door.

Very nice staff. Had an issue with a used game console. Supposed to bed no returns, but it was the next day and the manager took it back and have need another. Didn't have to, but much appreciated.

I was a little stressed out about making a trade with my sons PS4 for an Xbox One just because I was worried it would take forever or it wouldn't be a good trade. However, the experience was quick and efficient. The store clerk was so kind and patient with us. Also, they have a lot of games for half the price or even cheaper for the original price of games. There is no reason to buy a full price game when you can get it cheaper there.

The store was packed when I was there. Only one man working as well , but he was super patient and did not let it bother him. He was very helpful as well as knowledgeable. I will deff visit this store again.

I called 10 minutes before and asked if they had a new, plastic wrapped copy of Harvestella and was told yes, I drove here in sub freezing weather just for the people to tell me SorRy wE doNt hAVe iT aNymORe, we didn't have it when you called and asked, like wth. How hard is it to know what you have in stock ESPECIALLY when the guy supposedly went to check. 0 stars.

I lost my receipt to a game that my grandson could not use. Ky, at the Wolf Ranch location, did everything possible to find the price I paid for it and let me exchange it for a game that fit my grandsons game system. This does not often happen these days so I want to thank Ky and GameStop.

Luckily the non- manager young man offered to help me, because the manager was too busy trying to get the young girl he was training to go down on him after work. I hope her mouth feels good on you because I won't be coming back. Hint - when there is a customer standing in front of you with a game in hand, they are probably ready to check out and shouldn't have to stand there for 4 minutes with no acknowledgement.

AVOID Marissa!!If I could give this store a 0 star I would.I fully paid for a pre-order game and was told 1 weeks prior by "the manager" that they were having a midnight release, which was completely false information. It was next day at noon.I simply asked to have my order transferred to another store that was having the early release.After numerous calls back and forth asking for help. It was summed up as a policy breaker they couldn't do it unless I was in store...I'll never shop here and I'd advise anyone that does to get what those employees say in writing.. smh

My son and I stopped by to consider getting a video game system for him and for the family. Bri helped us and she was amazingly helpful! She explained everything in very simple terms, was a very good listener, and gave great recommendations based on what we were looking for. She shared some good info about how GameStop works for new and used stuff and it sounds to me like they're really the best place to go for anything game-related. We will definitely be back!

Drove and got there bout an hour after open and had to wait 20 mins for someone (bri) to finally come from the back to unlock the door.. the sign said open but the door locked and no idea when they’d be back
