I have been a patient of Dr. Snook, Dr. Otto and Marc Wausson, NP for over a decade. My wife and elementary schooler have also been patients, here. We have always had the best medical care at FMC Georgetown! I love their staff, too. My schedule can be all over the place, so I love that they take walk-ins and are open for walk-in on Saturday morning.

This is a comfortable office with a great staff. From reception to nurses, PA’s, and Dr. Otto - I feel comfortable here. I feel listened to, and cared for. I have never left with an unanswered question, and always feel confident in the diagnosis given. Dr. Otto speaks with experience, intelligence, and kindness.

It is so frustrating to get an appointment here!! No one ever answers the phone and it takes 2 hours plus to get a call back. My husband started seeing someone at a different practice and called and received an appointment right away. I am definitely changing practices!! Don’t go here if you truly need healthcare.

Doctors have been very good here but unfortunately, I can't get past the terrible customer service. They hardly ever answer the phone and you can forget about getting a call back. If you are lucky enough to have someone answer the phone, more than likely they are going to be pissy and rude. I was sent to a second location for a wellness check, address was incomplete so I couldn't find the office, after calling multiple times to get help, finally this super rude lady cut me off many times when I was trying to explain my location and then she just hung up on me. Never going there again.

They don't pick up the phones. You can call them throughout the day multiple times and still not get through to anyone. Don't bother leaving a voice-mail, they don't return calls. You're better off just going in person to talk to them. That being said, their staff is polite and answer questions very professionally and thoroughly, at least in my experience. I get being busy, but either hire more staff to man the phones, or at least return voicemails in a timely manner.

I don't know where to start. I got a medicine that was completely life-changing and was very grateful, this is a medicine you cannot just stop taking. There are serious physical consequences to doing so.. you're a dizzy spell headache or you feel weak and can barely walk without feeling dizzy 24 hours a day for 3 to 5 daysJust denied my refill. I have no communication from the doctors office. These people make me sick to my stomach.

Hate to leave such a negative review after going to this place for so long (since 2007), but they’ve just gotten so difficult to work with. They don’t answer the phone or return voicemails. Tried to call three separate times throughout the week to let them know I needed to reschedule my appointment, and they never answered. They started calling me back once I missed my appointment. Even then, it wasn’t a real person, it was an automated voice telling me I missed my appointment. The last time I actually was able to see Dr. Otto, I was trying to figure out what was wrong with my lungs and see whether or not I had asthma. I was clear that that was my goal from the time I made my appointment, and had expressed that to him at the beginning of the appointment. He told me they would have me do a breathing test, a breathing treatment, then another breathing test to see how the treatment effected my lungs. I did one breathing test, then after 20 minutes a staff member came in and prescribed me steroids. I asked if we would be doing the breathing treatment and if I would still be able to talk to Dr. Otto about what was going on with my lungs. She said he had already left the office.I’ve been trying to be patient for so long, but after reading all the other reviews with similar experiences, I’m going to find another primary :(

I really like my doctor, Richard Otto, but I don’t think much of his office staff. They almost never answer the phone or return my phone calls, and have been very difficult to deal with.

I went to this facility once to get my yearly physical and labs and they are extremely hard to get a hold of via phone. They do not answer/return calls from voicemails. I have also asked about patient portals to communicate or see lab results and they do not offer. They systems they use are very outdated as well as their patient rooms. Do not recommend

All doctors & personnel at this facility are first class. If you can still get in, do it. I know some, if not all, medical professionals here aren’t accepting new patients. So thankful FMC exists.

I have never been on a daily medication before, so maybe this is normal. But anytime I came up for a refill it was multiple calls/emails to get it filled. I've been doing this a year now.My most recent I called Friday and left a message that I need them to send the refill to the pharmacy, never heard back. Called Saturday and the girl said it would be addressed Monday since no Dr.'s were in office.Monday, I send an email and then later in the day since I hadn't heard I called in. By this time I am 3 days no meds. When I call the gal says, I don't see anything about this. I'll get it to the Dr.Tuesday, I e-mail again.... nothing. I call after 3PM, the Gal says "I tried calling you yesterday but my phone wasn't working". What?!She goes, you need to come in for an app. prior to the fill.By this time, I'm multiple days, no meds, pissed I have to continue following up and decide I need a new Primary.I know it sounds harsh, but continued handholding for someone who earned a doctorate is dumb. I'd have to guess based on the number of times I have had this happen, others are probably dealing with the same issue.Very irresponsible in my opinion.

Same thing as everyone else. Doctors and PAs are great but front desk NEVER answers the phone. I sometimes have gone days without my meds that THEY prescribed me because I can't get a hold of anyone. On going issue for over a year now. I've been going here for over 20 years now and am about to stop completely.
