Marc was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. I walked into the store with significant hip pain from a series of uncomfortable mattresses I had recently purchased. Marc listened carefully to my concerns and took the time to understand my specific requirements. He guided me through various options, explaining the benefits of different mattress types and materials. His expertise was evident, and he was patient throughout the whole process. Excellent service and highly recommended for anyone struggling to find the right mattress!

Manny was super helpful in getting me the right mattress and the electric bed mover that was available as a floor model. I wouldn’t have gotten it hadn’t he shown me how great it was. But also he never tried to ‘sell’ me. I’m very satisfied!

This was a wonderful experience. A couple of months ago we stopped by and Raul was so patient answering all our questions. He was knowledgeable about the products and was able to quickly tell us the difference between brands and models. Let's face it, mattress shopping can be overwhelming. We told him we would return when we were ready to purchase and we felt no pressure from Raul to do otherwise. Fast forward to mid May. We walked into Factory Mattress in Georgetown again. It was not set up like I remembered. We even walked back out to check the name on the sign and I pulled out my paperwork to check the logo. We walked back in and asked the salesperson if Raul worked there. It turns out we were at a different Factory Mattress. I immediately considered driving to Round Rock so that I could get the same level of customer service. In steps Manny to assure us that he would take care of us, would honor what we talked about with Raul, and that Raul would still get credit for the sale. Manny did as he promised. It was a great experience!

We stopped in at the Georgetown (Wolf Ranch) location. We were looking for a new mattress and adjustable bed frame. Marc was very helpful in helping us determine the right mattress for us and adjustable bed frame. We appreciate him taking the time to find the right fit for our son.
