What a fiasco. An hour to get picked up from my collision center. No car ready when I arrived. Downgraded from what insurance scheduled me for. Staff is clearly overwhelmed and car smelled of smoke.Literally every time I've used Enterprise, not my choice believe me, I've had a similar experience. How do car dealers do this better than a business that literally does nothing but rent cars out?Two hours total to get into a rental. What a huge waste of time - with no choice when insurance is footing the bill.

Horrible experience!The car was great but after I dropped it off they called me stating there was hail damage on the roof and that I had to pay a $500 deductible.Now given our recent hail storm that GEORGETOWN AND ROUND ROCK got, I understand why they would’ve thought that. However the guy never checked the roof when renting the car to me and it was a Pacifica mini van that you can’t clearly the the roof on, so when I asked to speak to her manager she said the manager would call me back.The manager never called back. After a couple days I figured they realized it was a mistake but then Monday came around and they are calling me asking for the $500 deductible!!!! I told her I wanted to speak to the manager which she then stated that her “higher ups” said that the damage was new and I had to pay it. When I asked to speak to the manager again she asked me if I was refusing to pay, I asked again for the manager, she again asked if I was refusing to pay, I said yeah because you won’t get me a manager, she then told me she’d note it and hung up on me!

Unfortunate no option was provided for no stars. Not only were they unprepared to provide car reserved, they didn't seem to know how to correct the situation, and worse...didn't seem to concerned about their total lack of customer service.

We had a rental GEICO set up after a car accident, and needless to say, it was a highly stressful situation. However, the experience at the rental place was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, we were informed that they did not have the vehicle we had reserved and were unwilling to assist us in locating another Enterprise branch or finding another car. Instead, they instructed us to wait outside, even though it was scorching hot in Texas.While we were waiting, we overheard one of the employees calling another Enterprise branch. She asked the associate on the other end of the line to help her out and find a car for another customer who had arrived after us. This struck us as deeply unfair. I may not be an expert, but I can confidently say that such treatment is unacceptable. The way we were treated left us feeling disrespected, and the employees should be ashamed of their behavior.It is disheartening to witness such laziness and lack of dedication from individuals whose sole responsibility is checking cars in and out. All we ask is for a little bit of pride in their work and a genuine effort to assist customers in need.

Staff were readily available to help me and quick to change out my rental car from the airport because of a deflating tire! They didn’t hesitate to provide me with an upgraded vehicle for my troubles without charging me more and made the whole process trouble free and easy! I highly recommend!

The last 3 times that I have booked with Enterprise they have not had our vehicle. The first time we did not receive any notice until we got to the location to pick up the vehicle. They were not able to get the vehicle that we had rented but did get a vehicle that worked. The second time we were called 45 minutes before pick up while we were on our way to pick up the vehicle. They said sorry but our vehicle was not available. We were told to call corporate. We did call corporate and they said that they would call us back. I never received a call back. We ended up renting with another company. There was no follow up from corporate at all. Third time we decided to call the day before the rental was to be picked up and was told that they would not have a vehicle for us, and to call corporate. Corporate changed our reservation to another location, so we called that location to confirm, and again were told that they would not have a vehicle for us. If we were booking the vehicle a day before pick up then I would be more understanding about not having the vehicle, but we the second reservation was booked 23 days out and the third was booked 10 days out. Very frustrated with the business practices. I asked to talk to a regional manager this last time and was told that they would not take a customer call. You need to get your act together!

This place will double charge your credit cards for the same bill, and if you have more than one card on file with them they'll charge each one for the same bill.

They had a car available with short notice and at a fair price.The staff was who assisted me at check in and upon my return were both professional and cheerful.

Absolutely rude lady not answering questions and hanging up on the phone call. Car I was given had an expired registration tag. Overcharged me on the rental payment and won't address the problem. Don't give them the business. You rude lady who hanged up on me this is why you get the bad review.

Horrible!! The people running the Georgetown place do not tell you about the tolls, charges or what you are responsible for. or what you are even signing. Get ready to have your bank account drained!

I was with my friend who was trying to get a rental car. I had recommended Enterprise as I have rented from them for 20+ years. Her car was totaled from an accident on Jan 24th. The insurance co sent her to this branch. She called this morning to find out when she could get the car. The phone tree sent her to a reservation line in a different area. Then was told they would call her with info on when they could pick her up. They never called. 3 hours later she called and got a live person. They didn't have the order. But straightened that out. She was then told that she lived to far away from them so they would not pick her up. She lives next door to me and I've been picked up by the other Georgetown office many times. She called me at work and I came and got her and drove her out there. MADE sure before I left that they had a car for her. 2 hours later, she showed up at my work. They got the car but then said they needed a credit card, which I understand. She doesn't have one, so that became an issue. She told them again that she would need a ride because she had been dropped off. They argued about that! The girl who did eventually take her complained the whole way! I have been involved in Customer Service as a manager for more than 30 yrs. I am appalled at the lack of service of this office. I will NEVER use this office! Go to the office on Learner if your in Georgetown Tx!!!Kay Nelson

Outstanding Customer Service! Savannah Peña, the assistant manager is a true professional! I definitely recommend the North Austin Street Location in Georgetown.
