0 rating!! I have been an Enterprise customer for several years. I'm a pilot and rent their cars at airports all over the country. I made a reservation for the Georgetown, TX location and when I showed up they demanded a 2nd phone number. I don't have a 2nd phone! I have an Emerald Number and my account has an AMEX card and a debit card. I have a long history. WHY are they demanding another phone number? Then they wanted a relative's number, of all things! I repeated what I just said here and THEY REFUSED to give me a car!! I started to give them my son's number and the manager said no, I refuse to give you a car because, he said, I disrespected him and his staff then told me to leave! I used no foul language and did not call anyone names! He has not only cost that location future business but Enterprise as well. This location appears to have more bad reviews than good. Looks like time to make some managerial changes!

I rented a Maxima for 30 days. My car was in the shop. The rental process was fairly quick but the car was dirty inside and out. The CD player quit working and the dash said that it needed maintenance on the tires, the oil, and something listed as other.

Everything went smoothly. The employees were all very helpful and friendly.Enterprise picked me up from my location within minutes of me calling. Getting my rental was a breeze and dropping off was just as efficient. All the employees at the Georgetown location were so helpful and friendly.

Just had one issue with the Mazda I rented for a trip to Lubbock; I couldn't pair my phone and the cruse control wouldn't work.Jordan Pringle, at the Georgetown, TX location assisted me making a satisfactory adjustment.I'm happy.

Terrible experience with lily. She isn’t helpful, doesn’t have a clue about what it means to be in the service industry. No ability to take charge and do what it takes to help a customer. She wouldn’t even make it as a Walmart Greeter.

I made a one way reservation for same day pick up.Checked out of hotel early, turned in previous rental car early, and Uber’d over with reservation in hand.The individual (Hayden) with whom I met in customer relations stated “We have allocated all our one way rentals already. We cannot rent to you today.”I was surprised and irritated. He said, “our policy is 24 hours out…”. I asked about moving it to another local Enterprise and he said I could call but he could not.I then called customer service who stated they would check Enterprise in the local area and get back to me.It has been one hour now without any action.It turns out the sign of “Putting you first…” does not apply to some of us.

This will be our new location to use . The car was clean , in tip-top shape, and ready on time. Actually, they called my husband earlier than expected to see if we could come get the truck. It was during Christmas break , enterprise knowing trucks were highly requested , and had us come sooner rather than later so we wouldn't miss out on the truck we requested. Unfortunately, my husband didn't get the gentleman's name that went above and beyond on customer service, explaining every detail , just be what a manager should be ( which is rare now a days) but to the African American young man that helped my husband on December 18 or 19th..thank you for professionalism and kindness, it was truly appreciated and when he returned . Thank you enterprise for employing such professional people who care about great customer service at this particular location . We went to another previously and was told it's not on them if we don't get what we requested , months in advance . Again, the Leander Street location is highly highly recommended.

The Jeep SUV ran admirably and smoothly. Except for low tire inflation, after I drove away from the pickup office, I had to stop at a gas station to inflate the tire to an acceptable level before my trip.Staff was amiable upon pick up and return. I have an account with Enterprise, and I will return to rent a vehicle from them. I highly recommend Enterprise to anyone in need of a rental vehicle.

Horrible Customer Service! Enterprise used to be pretty good but not any longer! I had to wait forever even though I had reservations. The female employee who was told to show me vehicle, etc remained on the phone answering calls then after about a half hour or more, decided she would help me. The vehicle had low tire pressure warning when I drove off. I turned around & brought it back. The same female said it was fine & if I was worried, I can bring it to have it checked. This morning, a warning came on. I brought it to a tire place & they said the tire had a leak. Again, went back to Enterprise & they gave me another vehicle but smelled of feces!!!! Outrageous! Hideous customer service!

My wife reserved a vehicle for 7 days. I went in to pick it up and told them I had 5 days free rental I wanted to use. They told me no problem just contact enterprise Emerald Club and let them know. I called and Emerald rep said it would be no problem they could take care of it at the store front at end of rental. I talked to counter rep and he said it would be no problem. At end of rental, guess what....problem! Now they are scrambling to figure it out. They told me not to worry, they will not charge the card until this gets resolved. They tell me to come in next day and talk to manager. I go in and manager says I need to talk to Emerald for the 3rd time. Emerald says the front desk person should be able to resolve this. Back to the office and the manager says there is nothing they can do the contract has been closed out. Be careful with this location take lots of pictures and do not leave any T's uncrossed. They act like everything is easy to fix, until it is time to fix it. Then it can't be done! Never had any company act so incompetent in my life. I should have walked out after I watch two customers come in complaining. Their terrible rating is well deserved. I also had low tires when we left. Told my wife to drive POS home and I will fill the tires. Walk through the doors if you feel lucky punk! Do I have a quality car for you, well do I? Lol.

Lilly and the team were great to work with. Had a little trouble locking down a pickup on Wednesday even though I booked it Monday morning. But can’t help it if people don’t bring them back when scheduled! All in all it was a quick experience and Lilly was adorable! See yall again I’m sure.
