“Amanda & Chris are amazing people! I never worry about bringing them anything that needs repair (not even convenient for me......40min 1-way from home but the service is well worth the drive) and they will try their absolute hardest. Only 1 time have I brought them something they could not recover, but the data was so corrupt that it would have been a miracle if they had recovered it (corrupted picture files from an important family event). UPDATE: Once again they saved the day, making duplicates for me of another important family event to share, despite my own numerous failures at doing so.”

“Decent & honest. I went in for what I expected to be an expensive repair. I had been quoted $150 somewhere else for a cracked lens on my iPhone 14. At iLabs he popped off the lens protective cover and showed me that was all that was damaged. The lens itself was still good. It took him very little time and he wouldn’t charge me. But there was no way I was walking out of there without paying him something. Like I said I had been quoted $150 elsewhere. Totally grateful for his honesty I tipped him generously. Thank you. I will be back & I will tell my friends.”
