Their is NO Customer service The ladies that work there are cold, not friendly...If you call you will be on hold at least 30 min plus...you may get hung up on, and messages not returned. ALL they do is TALK with each other. I have gone there many years and nothing has changed in this office. The Austin office is VERY friendly.

Efficient if you're familiar with their process. Sign in on the screen at the desk and take a seat. The receptionist doesn't greet you so just relax. The receptionist will call your name when she's ready to check you in. Then take a seat again and someone will call you from the back when it's your turn. Things generally move quickly. Just don't go first thing in the morning or at their lunchtime.

If you require a wheelchair, avoid this location. My husband, who uses a wheelchair, asked if they had one available, and the young lady rudely said no without any concern. The staff seemed indifferent, and there were several people waiting. If you're in Georgetown, I recommend visiting the location on S Austin Ave In Georgetown

I didn't like it at all, my girl accidentally paid for the computer and some of the nurses even said that my girl needed some slaps like hitting her. My girl, that was not good for that nurse.

My first time there I went around 9:30am as a walk in. Staff was nice and I was done in less than 10 minutes.
