Nurse didn’t know what to do. Didn’t know how to find a vein. After 2 minutes of poking and getting 3 vials, I told them I was getting dizzy. She told me to look away and continued. I fainted (first time in my life).

I was very happy with my blood draw experience at this location! Even when well hydrated, I am a hard stick. After many difficult blood draws, I’ve learned which of my veins is the most accessible. The phlebotomist I saw took my comments seriously, and I had a very rare painless and bruise-free experience! I will definitely visit this location for any future lab work. Thank you! ?

With very many blood draws to compare and never have I been an easy draw, this lab is by far the BEST lab ever! Check in and call you to testing has been organized, quick, and the pholbotomists are great. All 5 times I've been here!
Highly recommended!

Was a little nervous after reading some reviews, but we had an overall great experience at this location. A bit of a wait, but they were obviously busy. Easy check in, AJ drew our child’s blood and did great. We were in and out quicker than expected when we saw how many people were waiting.

I had a quick check in and a quick lab draw. I experienced no pain which is a rarity. I have found my new lab, and I'm very happy.

I come to this location almost every year for my daughter’s bloodwork and in previous years never had any issues. Today I took her and the tech taking her blood was giving my daughter attitude when she was flinching and then I called and spoke with Stephanie and asked for a dr note for school to be emailed to me and she said “no, what you were here for 5 min?” Totally rude and not very good customer service.

Came around 10am, there was a short wait but nothing unreasonable. Checked in on computer screen and took a seat. They called me in about 20Minutes later and the blood tech was professional and hit the vein in the first try. I will definitely come back here for any future blood work!

OK but not friendly or caring. I was first in line today after their lunch break. Instead of helping people in the order they arrived, one of techs checked everyone else in first while the slower one checked me in. The lab tech in the back then helped the two people behind me while I had to wait. Rude and disrespectful.

We were in line before they were open. It was more than 15 minutes before they showed up to open. Then we still have to wait.
