Karly Davis is a great representative at Chase Bank. She was very helpful and definitely knew what she was doing. I'd recommend working with her regardless if it is credit opportunities or just sorting your financial problems!

I was waiting in the lobby as another guest came in and was asked if she had an appointment, to which replied no. As a banker freed up she approached me and asked what I needed. Then she stated her 12:30 appointment was here and took the lady who had stated she did not have an appointment right in. So far 20 minutes had elapsed and still no service. Absolutely atrocious and dishonest service is not what I expect from Chase. However it is exactly what I received at the Georgetown location.

The location of this ATM is trash - you have to wait in the outrageously long line at Chik Fil A next door -- then when you pull up this machine at least 75% of the time is useless. It's insane!!

All 8 times I've been there it's always a extremely long wait. Short on tellers, short on bankers, always short! They definitely need new management at that location!

This is the most un-customer friendly chase I have ever been to. i went in 3 times to deposit an insurance check and each time people were there at their computer but the poor person greeting can't get them to help me. They literally couldn't care less. I have always been a big customer fan of Chase and I have a lot of my accounts with them, I'm so disappointed by this branch. I had to go to a different branch to make the deposit. I'll be avoiding this location for sure :(
