I appreciate Chase for continuing to open new locations like this one since sometimes I need banking services beyond what can be done online. Banker Jackie Rollins helped me at a previous Chase location, and I followed her to this new location in Georgetown, TX as I found her to be knowledgeable, professional, and very efficient.

Jackie the notary was the rudest most unprofessional bank representative that I have met in a long time. She lacks people skills and the knowledge of a notary's duties. She is definitely not an asset to Chase and needs to be trained in customer service.She is basically a mean human being.
