They don’t like to help set up new accounts. Manager told us we need to come back after we drove 30 minutes from another location to head over there. RBFCU was happy to help.

Though there was a hiccup at the bank with doing a currency exchange, every individual in the bank worked to resolve the issue quickly! All the associates went out of their way to not only take care of the situation, while treating me with great kindness!
