Lauren was very helpful on guiding us to choose what wash would work best for us with a great positive attitude. 10/10 recommend. Great customer service. Also love the fact you get towels to dry after your car is washed. We will definitely be back.”

“Happened to catch them with no wait on a sat morning. Maybe everyone was busy watching the ring of fire eclipse? Anyway, friendly staff. Was in and out for an oil change. They added an email coupon discount plus they also have military discounts. Plus you get a free $5 quick wash if you want.”

“This is a perfect place to wash your dogs by yourself without the hassle of researching places and paying way too much just for a bath. I've been taking my dogs here for years, and they recently just updated their tub to a more efficient tub with a better sanitizing setting. There's even a gate if you have multiple pups. 5 dollars for 5 minutes is a steal if you ask me.”

“Just wanted to share a positive experience my gf and I had at the Wash-tub. Her left rear fender flare was accidentally popped off by an employee while detailing her vehicle a few weeks ago. No big deal, newer cars are mostly plastic anyway. But the manager, Tim seriously went above and beyond by discounting our wash, ordering the part at no cost to us and installing it after it arrived. He even ran it through the wash again after it was installed. Then applied a protective coating also! Seriously couldn't of asked for a better experience after a small mistake. It's great to know the company takes care of it's customers. Thanks again to Tim for all the help. We'll still be going back!”

The costumer service was very polite and sweet, they asked about how you want you car scrub before going in the machine. Also not that expensive lady's and gentleman. Worth it for any light wash days!”

“I’m kinda picky when it comes to self serve car washes so when I moved to from Buda to Georgetown I had to find a new car wash. Looked on Google maps at the car washes around here and what caught my eye was that they have hot water at the bays and you can use a debit/credit card. I did read the 1 star reviews of people saying they were charged for $14 when they didn’t use that much and that there’s no signage posted about the $14 charges on your bank account. Well these people must have tunnel vision, can’t read or they just like to leave 1 star reviews because at the control panel where you can select your wash cycle and pay using tokens, quarters, dollars and your debit card. Right next to the credit card swipper there’s a note for debit card users, and it basically says in a nut shell that there will be a hold placed on your bank account for $14 but after a day or two it’ll go away. Connie’s Car Wash is not stealing people’s money by up charging people’s accounts, it’s just temporary.”
