“Matheus deserves a raise! Friday evening at 6pm, he had over 8 customers waiting and he stayed calm, polite, problem solving left and right. Kept everyone happy and smiling, moved through customers so fast no one got anxious or angry about the wait. My reservation was made through expedia and so he actually didn't even have the car expedia let me reserve. But no problem, he was able to quickly resolve the issue by moving around the reservation of another lady there, she was stoked, I got out of there in exactly what I reserved. He did such a great job in a high stress situation. And he had no help! He was there all by himself.”

I needed a van with stow-away seats all-around, and when I called the location several days ahead of time, they worked with me to ensure the airport would deliver either a Pacifica or a Sienna (non-Hybrid) model. I'm an experienced business traveler and have rented cars all over the US. Tim made renting from this location as quick and frustration-free as any other location I can recall. “Unlike the one in Taylor, they treated me like a valued customer and not a smelly homeless vagrant. Pretty sad I have to say it that way and as rude as that lady was to me it is mind boggling how she has a job. How the hell do you rent out someone's rental when it's reserved? Then to tell me not only that but that you can't get me one for 3 days. Funny cuz I called Round Rock and not only did they get me into one, because my ride was stuck in traffic, they waited and finalized it well past close of business. Thank you guys for making sure I had transportation and for going the extra mile, pun intended lol.”
