Excellent customer service. Staff went above and beyond to ensure I was kept informed on my vehicles status. My repairs were completed ahead of schedule affording me the opportunity to get back to my normal routine.

We made an appt on the Farmers site for my mom's car to get repairs. We show up, they say we aren't scheduled, no one from caliber called us to confirm or say there was an issue...and they do the assessment anyways but say we can't leave the car and they can't do the repairs todah. They say they always call to confirm a day or two in advance, but they didn't. They had us on the schedule but not for an assessment. Then they say that we need to get rescheduled to perform a drop off. That wasn't an option on the Farmers portal, I thought we scheduled a drop off? Two weeks later is the soonest availability. We go in circles with the scheduling team, the girl who is helping my mom is rude and keeps cutting off my mom, she says the advisor will call us back. We set an appointment. She sends us a confirmation for the wrong time. The advisor never calls back. We call back to confirm the time and continue in circles. This place is too busy and they're not able to give the best customer service as a a result. We will.take my mom's damaged car elsewhere and reporting to farmers.

We had a great experience with Caliber Collision. When we took our car in, the lot was full of cars that needed work. They told us it could be up to 5 weeks with ordering parts and repairs. It was ready in just over two weeks. It looks amazing and runs great. We worked with Brad and he was personal, professional and caring. We were very pleased with the overall experience.

They were great. Took my car in without an appointment and they were polite enough to schedule repair and estimate the next week and had it all done in about 4 days, cleaner than when I left it. Brad was friendly and personal with us, and quick to update me. Receptionist was on top of trying to get a rental car for me after dropping it off and very sweet also. They even stepped up where a local rental company failed and took me to get the rental and even offered to take come pick me up after dropping it back off in the end. Completely top notch service and I couldn’t appreciate it more right now. Thank you guys.

I used to advocate and advertise for this workshop, but unfortunately my experience this time was nothing as good as my previous experience.1) Communication / Setting expectationsI was told my front bumper was going to be replaced so both damages, including the fix related to the current claim, and a damage that was on the other side of the bumper were going to be fixed, so I was happy with that and that was what I expected, to have my car completely fixed. That was not what happened. After removing the bumper you decided it could be fixed instead of replaced, and decided to fix only the side that was part of claim, and did not communicate to me neither gave me an option to maybe open another claim to fix the other side or even pay an additional fee to have it fixed. That was very frustrating getting to the workshop and seeing half of the problem solved and that what we agreed on the first day was not accomplished. Worse yet was having to hear from your team that you need to pursue what is best for the insurance company.2) Quality control / Correct fix- The fix in the door was bad executed and caused a new dent in my door. I had to show that to your team, what should not be necessary. You should have a quality control and let that no happen. The customer should not have to point you a defect in your service. I left the car to be re-worked and it took more 13 days, that was a really bad time frame to have a dent fixed. I was delivered the car in a rainy day and couldn't see the dent anymore, but as soon as I put the car in the garage I could see the dent is still there when there's enough light to see it. You should really instruct your team to use the lights to check the dents. That's very unfortunate.- My son drove the car home, since I was with the rental. When we arrived home, he told me the car was showing a "Keyless access key problem" message in the panel. I researched about the problem to find that there is a sensor inside the door for the keyless access. Again, lack of quality control. I had to disassembly the door and plug the sensor correctly.3) TimeframeThe first try to fix had a good timeframe for the delivery, but the rework was very bad. Even I had to call multiple times to get updates from you since you stopped communicating to me.4) Insurance communicationYou did not inform the insurance that you were re-working the car and they stopped paying my rental. I had spend lot of time calling the rental company and the insurance company to solve that.

Caliber Collision Georgetown was awesome!! They had my car ready in a shorter time span than I anticipated. Lora Hughes was great, she kept me updated through the entire time my car was being repaired. She even stayed late on the evening of pickup to accommodate my work schedule.Services: Painting

Lora and tyrell were amazing in assisting me in getting my car fixed. Lora kept communication with me throughout the entire process and made sure that I was completely satisfied, truly a great employee and human. Tyrell helped me with some questions and was super friendly. This is a great group of people. My car looks amazing and I’m super thankful.
