Love their seasonal deals and having hands on looks at products. Being a pro member allows longer return periods than most if you decide to go another direction or find a better deal elsewhere. Saved me $300 on price matching a TV I purchased that went down in price after I purchased it with no hassle at all.

Had a head unit installed in my truck, unfortunately the steering wheel controls were not connected properly and only work about 50% of the time, if I'm lucky.
Tried contacting the store as well as the installation team directly countless times, left voicemails for the installation team, and MONTHS later, still not a single response.
Now having to take my truck into another store entirely, where hopefully they can resolve the issue.

We were greeted and helped as soon as we stepped into the store. The staff was unhurried but efficient. They had the product we asked for then engaged us in conversation to advise about other products that could sever our purpose with more effectiveness and a higher quality outcome.

Received great support and customer service from Best Buy at Georgetown. I want to specify one of the sales advisors who is called Souren, he was very helpful, polite, and very professional and knowledgeable. Souren helped us to find the product we needed. His service was exceptional.

Not nearly enough staff. Unless you know what you want and know where it is in the store, good luck getting any kind of customer service. Even if you ask the person at the door to get someone to help you, don't hold your breath. This happened to me the last 2 times I was in the store. I ended up walking out and ordered what I was looking for on Amazon.
