So this morning I call and make an appointment. The lady said Georgetown was the only clinic available but with lots of afternoon appointments. I live in Temple but work in Hutto so completely out of the way but I was in pain and booked the appointment. I was told 2:50pm and never got a confirmation on my phone. I arrived at 2:55pm and they canceled my appointment because I was late not because they were busy but because I was 15 minutes late for being told the wrong time. My appointment was 2:40 not 2:50 so they canceled me once I got there. They lady at the check-in desk and a white lady in green scrubs were rude acted like they didn't care all the while I'm standing there in pain. After getting no where's I walked off not once did they tell me just go next door to the urgent care. No instead I had to look up another clinic and now I'm waiting for 2 hrs to be seen. Not only did I waste time, gas, work but I was not even helped in the least by this clinic. I've been a patient over 10 years and this is a first for me I've never been canceled while standing there. Like I said worst clinic by far they definitely need some training on customer service and compassion. P.S. that clinic was empty feeakin sad.

Moved to Georgetown three months ago and both my wife and I chose this facility for our primary care. Couldn't be happier! We have been seen by our PCMs, radiology, lab, and cardiology, as well as a referral to the nearby rehab clinic. All interactions positive. Staff are professional and caring, and scheduling appointments is a breeze.

The experience at this establishment was terrible, and the staff's behavior was exceptionally rude. Despite my 4 o'clock appointment, I was informed upon arrival that I should have been there by 3:30 for an X-ray, a detail I wasn't informed of when scheduling. I asked about later appointments due to an upcoming flight and severe shoulder pain that would render me unavailable for a week. They initially confirmed an appointment, conducted the X-ray, but after a lengthy wait, they informed me that the doctor wouldn't see me that day and wouldn't be available for another month, necessitating a rescheduling. Their lack of concern for my pain was evident. When I mentioned seeking another doctor due to the wait, they stated they would charge me for the X-rays already taken. Their tone when addressing my queries was disrespectful. I strongly advise against visiting this place and recommend others to avoid it as well.

I have been going to BSW in Georgetown for 8 years and have a great rapport with my physicians. Recently, I saw a psychiatrist, Dr. Valdez.
Dr. Valdez who I saw for 33 minutes not the hour she herself told me we would have did prescribe a medication that I could not function on and immediately messaged her regarding the medication’s. I have yet to hear back from her, that was two weeks ago. I find this very reckless.
Dr. Valdez farmed me out for ADD testing after I waited six months to see her and was told not only by the scheduler, but by my physician that she would be able to prescribe all my medications. I have sent messaged to her office multiple times and just get there automated response. I would not recommend Dr. Valdez.

Jerks won’t see you if you’re any later than 8 min. Last I recalled when I worked in this field, you had a 15 min grace period. In this morning, it was pouring rain and I had a 7 month old infant with me along with an ankle injury. Definitely pissed me off. What’s crazy is you’re expected to wait for the doctor when they’re behind but with being a few minutes late, you can reschedule. And she wasn’t even a doctor? She was a NP which is even more wild to me.

I have been a patient at BSW for three years. Until recently I have been happy with them. However, I was seen over a week ago for an ear infection at the walk in clinic , because my doctor is totally booked up always. I was given a strong medication that was to be taken for a week. After four days of continued pain, I called and was told, keep taking Tylenol and that’s it. Today I called again and explained that I am now on the last day and still in pain . I just got a call and was told to go back and be seen at the same walk in clinic! Are you serious. I am going back to Austin Regional a clinic.
Very poor follow up!

I've been a patient here for nine years now. I've experienced nothing but wonderful kindness and understanding from everyone: doctors, PAs, nurses and office staff alike. The campus is always spotlessly clean. I really appreciate all that goes into even one day's operations here.

This is a great clinic with great customer service. Dr. Gulla is the best and I appreciate her kind care that goes over and beyond.The clinic had a lot of older patients but it's definitely a hidden gem for complete care. Highly recommended.

Went in for labs. If you have not been there in a few years, you will be shocked. They have remodeled the lobby and entrance way, creating more space and an inviting space. Great job on the remodel.
